This Guest House had the Best Breakfast I have ever eaten while travelling. The chef gives large portions and variety that is absolutely cooked to perfection.
We had Breakfast at a table overlooking the Vaal Dam and it gave a feeling of peace and tranquility, as if in a holiday resort. The Hosts are extremely friendly and kind and made us feel at home.

Perfect 10. But, nothing is ever perfect but The Place Guesthouse comes very close. Daniel and Martin were exceptional hosts, wearing their heart on their sleeves, warm and authentic. Facilities and property beautiful, the art and decor breathtaking. And how can I forget the breakfast , yummy , scrumptious and homely

It's hard to put in words. The Place might be called a guesthouse but this doesn't describe the way you are recieved. This isn't your usual experience! I'd call it staying with friends you never knew you had. Daniel and Martin not only try to make you feel comfortable, they make the experience incredible! Daniel will see to it that your breakfast is taylored to your needs and satisfying. Martin will see to it that you get all the informations you need to explore Parys and the surrounding atractions. Besides the owners care the Place shines with original artwork and every comfort you might want to experience during a romantic getaway or a prolonged stay.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. The premises is so beautiful and clean. The breakfasts were exceptional.
