Lovely hotel in Munich with really friendly staff who gave us some recommendations and made us coffee :) Location was great and we were able to easily walk straight into town (approx 10-15mins to Sendlinger tor). Room had the essentials and we were happy with the parking space. Overall we were happy with our stay and thought it was good value for money.
It was hard to find the hotel by car when approaching from the opposite side of the road but we figure it out after a couple of laps. However easy to find on foot

Everything was great. Comfortable, clean and incredibly friendly staff.
Nothing really. The single rooms are really small, but this was to be expected.
