Convenient location near the national park entrance off the main road. The room was quite nice, surrounded by lovely gardens. Good breakfast.
I would not recommend using the tour desk. I wanted to booked a night hike and had to pay extra because I was told there were no other bookings. It turned out there were tons of people in other groups at the national park. The main issue, however, was that the guide the hotel arranged for was extremely rude and only really interested in wandering off and smoking. I ended up tagging along with a couple of other groups whose guides were genuinely helpful, and returning on my own.
