Clean hotel, comfortable bed, quite area. I slept well & enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was standard, but was fresh & ready.
Room cost went up because it was college game day weekend. I've stayed twice before not on college football game & the price was much lower.

Because it was a quick trip to College Station for dinner and catch-up with our granddaughter, leaving the next morning, it appeared when we first drove into "town".
The breakfast was, considering that it a corporate hotel, was better than most. Hot food- scrambled eggs, sausages, fried potatoes, all tasty. Even had Yoplait yoghurt rather than a store brand.
The coffee, however, was horrible.

Also- FYI, although it is a La Quinta, THEY DON'T ALLOW PETS! We've always stayed in La Quitas across the country because of their liberal pet policy. The woman who checked us in (we didn't bring our little dog this trip) actually said, "I HATE dogs!"
The outdoor pool had no cover and as we were having brutal, blinding summer days (often in the 3 digits), it really wasn't useable during the day.

I was charged a different price that what was originally stated. The walls are paper thin.
Price was exorbitant.
