Very cheap, but turned out okay!

The location was great.

The room was not very clean and had multiple issues. Stained curtains, stained couch cushions, broken night stand, carpet trim separating from the wall, etc.

Was there for a wedding at Peach Creek and everyone at the hotel was awesome.

Everything about the property. Housekeepers were nice, friendly, and helpful. Front desk clerk was absolutely awesome.

I feel extremely disappointed with this stay.

Property appeared clean, no concerns. Room and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Hot breakfast was well below average. Party at pool one night at 10:30p.m. when we arrived to the room. Door entering hotel by pool was propped open, and noise level was high. The next day we found trash and uneaten food around the pool area as well as trash floating in the pool. This was not cleaned up until that evening so we were not able to take advantage of that amenity and that was disappointing. Staff was friendly but seemed very limited. Daughter woke up with bites on second day. Last night of stay, she woke up early morning hours to more bites and bed bugs were found. Reported to front desk. I could have overlooked the breakfast and the pool situation but the bed bugs are unacceptable.

Bed was harder than usual but great for back, air good, maid seemed good, Basically favorite motel for the area but score should be more like 6.5-7

Meh. OK for a budget

The staff was really nice and helpful

The pool was really small and didn't have a good environment about it. And the "workout room was too small and Ill equipped to actually do anything. There were not really pictures of either. I'd have rather them be honest about it, or just don't have one. All you really did was create an inconvenience for me. Also, the breakfast was decent but they made breakfast sandwiches but didn't have cheese or any other topping than ketchup. The bed wasn't super comfortable and the sheets had a spot on them that I didn't notice until the morning. Also the handle on my toilet was broken.

Older and needs some TLC

I needed an inexpensive hotel for the night and this fit the bill.

I wouldn’t stay here again if I had more time. I needed a cheap hotel night and this hotel fit that but it was a little less than desirable. Older and needs some TLC.

It was in a great location!

The breakfast was until 10 but by 9am ran out and was told they will not restock. Just an fyi there was a huge football tournament with 86 teams so they should have been prepared.

King size bed and Texas-shaped waffles!

It was very warm. The room with the couch where our oldest granddaughter slept never really cooled off. As hot as it was outside it seems they could have turned the air on to cool it down. The bathroom was not really clean. Hair on the floor and in the toilet.

Stayed here only because rooms were few in CStat because of graduation. Will NEVER stay here again!

Our first room smelled like a locker room (dirty feet). The second room was infested with roaches.

Reasonably priced and clean for College Station!

Reliable, comfortable, clean and well run.

Hallway rugs need to be shampooed. Last day Monday AM there was NO hot offering for Breakfast.

Great stay to visit our grandson and drive to Round Top Antique festival !

Room very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Easy parking great helpful staff. Wonderful value for the money and that's what we need in these times!

Breakfast was just so. so. Needed variety. Suggestions: bacon sometimes, gravy for biscuits, boiled eggs

Location and pricing was great. Kids enjoyed the breakfast.

Our room wasn't very clean. Hair in the shower, carpet needed to be vacuumed and counters weren't very clean. The last two visits were much better.

The hotel surroundings were alright, but could use an upgrade.

The location is convenient to near restaurants, and shopping. The hotel sits in an area from loud traffic.

The seating area for the breakfast could use an upgrade along with the free breakfast they provide. The coffee station is not within the lounge area and requires you to walk across from the seating area, to get coffee.

The stay overall was great and will be booking there again for my next trip. I just hope the room will be a little clean

The location of the property was conveniently located to all the town amenities.

My room could have been a little cleaner. There were stains on the walls and the carpet felt dirty. the phone had something caked on the cord and receiver.

Disappointing

Spacious. Free parking, but small lot. This hotel is ok for one night.

Very outdated and worn down suite. The room and carpet didn't feel clean. The young college guy who checked us in at night was not friendly nor informative. Didn't explain where anything was in the hotel/amenities/etc. Also, he didn't look professional and was dressed way too casual and had horrible black chipped nails. The next day when I checked out several female employees just hanging out in the sitting area. No one seems to take their job seriously at this hotel.
