Situated in Bradenton Beach, this charming condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach-FL. This is a one bedroom with full kitchen and covered balcony with a little ocean view. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, breakfast bar, Large bathroom. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking. The condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs. The view outside your room is Mainly trees and the condo next door but there is ocean view and bay views through the trees. Questions about the room please contact me. It’s the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Within the condo; the 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar and dining table with an additional dining table on the covered patio. Seats 12 total with additional chairs for large groups in the villa. The living room is very spacious with two couches. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv with a private entrance onto the covered balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large closet with a walk in shower that has dual shower heads. There is a washer and dryer within the unit, basic cable, and wifi. For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.

The condo was lovely very spacious and clean, great location and the pools at the resort were lovely and warm, just a short walk across the road to the beautiful white sand beach, pathways perfect for cycling along the island. Highly recommended.

I would HIGHLY recommend this condo. It was great for my husband and I as well as 2 16 year olds who stayed on the sofa sleeper. We will be back!

Perfect for my husband and I. We were able to park 2 vehicles so we rented a golf cart. Location was perfect to view the sunsets every evening from the beach. Bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is that we noticed the balcony and floors could have been cleaner.

Loved this property! Check in was smooth and communication was great! We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location. Trolley stop right in front plus beach access! Pool was great and nice and warm as well! Loved the double headed shower! Would stay here every time we come to AMI. Thanks so much for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay over my birthday weekend! It was so wonderful to be able to stroll across the street to the gorgeous private beach area. We also loved having 2 pool options, so when the front pool got a bit crowded, we headed to the inner pool where things were a bit more chill. We loved being able to walk to quite a few shops, bars and restaurants. And enjoyed the easy drive to many other dining options just 4 miles away. The shells were beautiful, the water was a tiny bit chilly but felt refreshing. Just all around a great place to stay! The bed was sooooo comfortable and we loved the screened in porch area. Total winner! Thank you, Will, for being a great host with prompt communication & assistance when we needed it.

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. The unit was clean, bed comfortable and plenty of towels. Just a short walk across the street to the beautiful Gulf beach. The association has chairs on the beach so no need to bring them with you.

It was a very comfortable place . They provided everything you did for a comfortable stay. Not to far from beach or the pool. It was great that there were lounge chairs on the beach for your use It was well stocked with beach umbrella ,cooler , and beach toys for children . Would stay again.

This is a very cute and well maintained unit. The location is very central to a number of restaurants, Bridge St and of course the beach and walking trail. The screened in patio and elevator were two pluses especially on arrival and departure day. There were plenty of towels, both bath and pool. If you plan to cook, there were some pots and pans but no basic items like salt and pepper so bring whatever you need. Ice maker does not work so bring trays too as none were in the unit. We really enjoyed out stay and would not hesitate to book this unit again.
