Located in Butler Beach, this charming house for $613 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Atlantic Views--Ocean View Beach House; 5+ Bedrooms; Private Pool; Elevator; WiFi; HDTV; 2 car garage. '1 minute' to beach Luxury furnishings and appliances. Sleeps 12 This 3,200 sq. ft newer ocean-view home is directly across from the beach. Relax in the private second story pool facing the ocean. 5+ bedrooms on 3 stories sleep 12 comfortably. Equipped with hi-speed WiFi; Cable TV; a large elevator and full kitchen, designed to pamper your family. Perfect for families. Immaculately decorated with marble tile, hardwood floors, Oriental rugs, spacious bathrooms, walk-in closets. Second and third floors have private balconies overlooking ocean. Second floor balcony opens onto pool deck and patio. Fully equipped, modern kitchen has spacious pantry, wood cabinetry and tons of granite counter top--making cooking a pleasure. A breakfast bar with luxe barstools encourages the gang to linger. Or dine al fresco on the 2nd story balcony with 2 roundtops seating 8. The first floor has a 2 car garage, half bath, elevator. The 2nd floor dining and living rooms have decorative fireplace and opens onto the balcony/deck. Two Queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry room with new washer/dryer and utility sink and cabinets. New beds and linens provided. Also a queen size pullout. The kitchen has new gas stove, new refrigerator and new high end dishwasher. The third floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which connect to the large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Master Bedroom boasts 800 sq ft with a wet bar and sitting area. Two huge walk-in closets and hall lead to the luxurious master bath complete with tub, separate shower and water closet. Two additional bedrooms share the floor (1 Queen; 1 Full) and another full bathroom. That's 12 people in the 5+ beds. The pool is very private and just the right size for cooling off after a hot summer day. No smoking is permitted on the property. The owner welcomes you to our home and is available by phone for any issues and there is a local repair team and a top cleaning crew. Linens and towels provided. Beach chairs and toys may be available. The house feels more like a home than a 'rental property.' We only rent 4 weeks/year, so don't delay--dates book very quickly. A large elevator services all 3 floors and the property is easily accessible with only one small step to enter. Atlantic Views is on a very private street just across from the immaculate secluded beach. No condos, hotels, or commercial activity. Direct beach access is less than 120 feet away through a pristine dune path. You will share Butler/Crescent Beach only with other homes on this upscale street. The Administrative Fee is used to cover the credit card charge imposed by VRBO. The Property Fee is the tax charged by St. Johns County which we are obliged to collect and remit to the Tax Collector. VRBO does not collect the county tax. Checkout is Saturday or earlier with a minimum 5 night stay. No Sunday checkout. Check-in after 4pm to allow sufficient cleaning time and anti-COVID measures. You will love your stay in our luxury home! This is what CAWood had to say about our property: "Our stay at this property was wonderful. The home is very clean, and everything was perfect! Not only was the beach house great, the neighborhood/area was in such a wonderful area. It was a quiet area that good neighbors all around. The owners were very nice and helpful. We loved the location, close to everything, but isolated from the hubbub. Easy beach access with a short walk and the beach was great. The beach amenities were supplied and were very useful for the kids. The pool was a big hit. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room for all. The host was very attentive and took care of all our needs. Someone responded quickly when we had a minor issue.

Fantastic vacation!
We had a fabulous vacation at this beautiful home. Arthur and Kate were available for all of our needs. This home was perfect distance to the beach, with a great pool. The only complain I heard from my family was that the beds were a little hard. However, everything else was 10/10! Would definitely recommend!

This home was a wonderful fit for all of our family. The elevator made taking luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors so much easier and when exiting. The owner Arthur met us and showed us the house and where everything was. He helped with anything that came up and even put bags of ice in garage freezer until ice maker made more ice.

The Camelot house was the perfect spot for our family group of 11. The pool was enjoyed daily by my grandchildren and the elevator was used for those who had trouble walking up the steps. The view of the ocean was enjoyed every evening while eating our dinners on the patio. It is close to downtown St Augustine and the marina making anything we wanted to do less than a 15 minute drive. Overall I would recommend this house for anyone looking to relax, enjoy the beach and relaxing environment of Anastasia Island.

The property was spacious and in a beautiful location. It served our needs perfectly. There were just numerous little things that, for the rental price paid, one would expect better.
I've been to many rental properties and most of them have had everything very well labeled, with instructions on the refrigerator for check out, or any other thing that might be of use. This is not the case in this home. Doors do not lock; everything is haphazardly thrown into cabinets/closets; there were dirty towels hanging in the shower upon arrival, and two of the bedrooms' sheets required changing the first night as they were clearly not clean. There were no kitchen towels -- we had to buy some at the dollar store down the road. We informed the property owner, who had a lot of excuses and was adamant that he would be firing the cleaning crew. In addition, telling renters not to let anyone in without a warrant is just concerning, not to mention inappropriate. We were on edge much of the time if someone would just show up.
The owner also wanted to come over the night of check in to "show us around", which was unnecessary. He also wanted to come back to see the broken chair and broken kitchen faucet, and again, had a lot of excuses as to why it had not been replaced. When we asked about places to eat out, and all he had were places NOT to go.
This rental served it's purpose, although we will not be returning. For the cost for the week, I expected MUCH BETTER. I do hope this serves as informational for you Arthur. It is absolutely not personal. We enjoyed our time with family that we have not seen in years. There are just some things that could be improved. Thank you for lending the use of your home for our family gathering. We do appreciate it!
