It was a great place to stay. Room for our children and grandchildren. Beautiful views and so close to the beach along with everything else in St. Augustine. Highly recommend!

Place was clean and safe. Great beach view with easy walk to beach. Hosts were friendly and respond quickly. Would definitely stay again.

The place is a little dated, but the location is incredible. You are pretty much right on the beach. We spent lots of time on the balcony, and we walked to the beach every day. I would stay there again. Also, the host was great. They made sure we were happy and comfortable.

The location truly is as close to the beach as it looks. From property to sand in your feet, it’s a quick 3-5 minute walk down the public boardwalk. The beach here has beautiful sand and is not overly crowded. The house has plenty of parking and pretty comfortable beds. The pictures accurately depict the furnishings, which is a hodge-podge of random pieces. The wear is obvious, though, throughout. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes, so that’s led to a kitchen full of half clean dishes. The grill and most of the beach loungers are half broken, and the laundry room is dirty and cluttered. The a/c doesn’t cool the lower level better than 79 no matter how low you put the thermostat. On the bright side, the owners were quickly responsive to questions and a couple small requests we made.
