About this house rental

Nestled in Butler Beach, this charming house for $642 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our property is unique. The upstairs and downstairs are accessed separately. The upstairs is a three bedroom, two bath with an open floor plan. The Master Bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a full bath. The two guest rooms upstairs both have Queen size beds. Six adults can sleep comfortably upstairs. There are lots of windows for enjoying the amazing ocean view. You can enjoy the sunrise sitting outside on the deck or inside from the dining table or two comfy recliner chairs in the living room. Please note, you can see the sunrise from the house September to mid-June. Mid-June, July and August the sunrise can be seen by taking a two minute walk down to the beach. The downstairs has two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, the other has two queen beds. Six adults can sleep comfortably downstairs. There is a kitchen, dining table and living room both upstairs and downstairs. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, which is accessible right outside of the downstairs front door. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck, see amazing sunrises and walk on the white sand beach which is just a two minute walk from the house. Pets are welcome. Please clean up after them. Leashes are required off and on the beach unless they are actively playing in the ocean.

Great location and easy access to the beach. Went to concert only minutes down the road at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Owner very helpful and place was great for our blind dog and younger kids. Wake up and have coffee watching the sunrise! Looking forward to next year.

This was the perfect place to stay for our sibling reunion. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to many food options. The view from the living room was unbeatable. And within minutes we could be out on the beach. This is a pet friendly place so don't expect to not see some dog hairs occasionally. But overall, it was clean, quiet and lovely stay!

We were completely disappointed in the condition of the home as we had children and infants with us and could not even have a home that was CLEAN and had so many issues. I can't even believe you all would post such a disgusting home on VRBO. It is old, and has cracks all over the ceiling and porch area. You should look at the home yourselves before posting for customers - and we have used VRBO plenty of times prior and never experienced this. This house had no outdoor lights to help get up into the home at night - with young kids. Trash was left from previous tenants outside and inside. There was such THICK dust throughout the house and on the floors (floors and lights were full of dog hair and dirt). We had windows and doors with ZERO screens to open to hear the ocean and outdoor air as was promised for being oceanfront. We had a fence outside that had huge gaps and holes all over so that we couldn't let the kids out to play. There was a chicken coop in the backyard with chickens clucking all night and day. The electric sockets were all not working properly to connect chargers, sound machines for kids, anything!!! They were exposed and that is illegal. The backs of doors had holes bigger than the doorknob itself from banging the door so many times. The glass doors to outside had scratches and marks all over to not even allow us to see the view. The downstairs part of the house had cracked windows as you walk in on the right - leaving it open to break in by anyone at anytime. The blinds were all broken and hanging throughout the house - it was truly nasty and dispicable. Sheets had stains on them and the beds had sweat stains on the mattress covers - no clue how long the house has gone without a proper cleaning. The grills outside (two of them) were not operable and were caked with leftover food and with years of grease and grime (HUGE health hazard!!!)- why would you leave that for a new client coming in?? We couldn't use the stove as the front right part completely came apart upon trying to use the first time. The burners were all messed up. We couldn't even properly cook for our family. We literally felt like every time we stepped in the house it was a dirty grimy mess. The owner did nothing to acknowledge shortcomings and issues, literally told us to go to the Dollar General to get our own lightbulbs and never apologized once. They then turned things around and called us a troll, as a paying customer! Unreal the way they treat people.

We so enjoyed staying at this house with the wonderful views of the beach and ocean. With the 2 kitchens we were able to prepare a full Christmas dinner for 12. It truly made this a special holiday for our family. Tina and Mike were very responsive with any questions. They even left us water and a couple bottles of wine. Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a wonderful thanksgiving here! The location was great; right next to the beach! The owners were so nice and accommodating. For our family of 10 it worked out perfectly!

Beautiful stay! We had the upstairs and downstairs with 2 kitchens, perfect for the grandparents. Beautiful views from our deck and short walk to the beach access. Hostess Tina is quick to answer any questions. We’ll love to come back

Big place, right place.

Big place, right place.

If you are looking for a large place to gather, this is it. It was perfect for a family reunion that slept 12 people . We had local family join us for meals. Nice views and just a minute walk to the sand. There are some updates to be done to modernize the place. However, if you need the basics in a nice beach town with sand access in a short stroll.. this is the place!
