Situated in Ormond By The Sea, this lovely condo for $267 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Step into our unique spacious retro vacation loft apartment! Book this amazing space with your family and friends! Plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful outside spacious deck for sunning and relaxing! This is a second story apartment with stair access. The apartment is situated across the street from the beach. You have views of the ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Here you will have all the amenities you will need. You need to bring nothing but your suitcase. Make it a family retreat and rent our other space next door! Easily fits a total of 18 people altogether! Loft by the Sea has been our vacation rental for almost 3 years. This has been quite the project for us and we want it to be a perfectly unique experience for our guests. A great place with a lot of character with all the comforts of what you would expect in a vacation rental. We wanted to stand out from the rest and offer something completely different. Here you will find exposed air conditioning ducts and a countertop in the kitchen with the appearance of soapstone to give this place a cool lofty industrial look. I was inspired by the retro kitchen dinette to create a more retro look. We wanted to bring back the early days and represent this old building. It's decorated with a lot of character, colors and fun and sure to be enjoyed by everyone who stays with us! Including an old console record player where you can play some of the old vinyl records I have found during this construction process!! There are tvs in 2 bedrooms and the family room. One of the bedrooms makes a great place for the kids to set up their video games and play comfortably on a rainy day or night after the beach. I can promise you, you will find this place to be a great rental and you will want to come back again! The Retro is equipped with fast Spectrum wifi. Internet speed 300mbps. Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply more than you need to get started. You may need more of these items so please plan accordingly. Thank you.

Property was as advertised, and overall super convenient since it’s right across the road from a Publix and the beach. The place itself comfortably fit all the guests. Also only a 15min drive/Uber from Daytona boardwalk, which was convenient for the big race. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean, check-in process was smooth. Clear instructions and amenities were provided. Beach access was easy. Host responded fast to messages and was very welcoming of our group.

This property is super clean. The floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, everything was really clean and neat. The manager was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond and keep in touch. We went down for the Daytona race and this condo was a quick drive to Daytona which made it very convenient. The beach is across the street. Not a lot of restaurants within a short walk but definitely enough places within a short drive. There is a grocery store beside the condo which was nice to get drinks and snacks. There are no tv’s In the queen bedroom and the bedroom with two beds but the master bedroom and living room both have tv’s. I definitely recommend this condo.

Me and my friends needed a place that would rent to under 25. We were able to put down the deposit and get it returned with no issue. Host was excellently communicative and kind. Short distance to great restaurants and activities. Would recommend and will be using this spot in the future!

Me and my friends wanted a place to just relax at after finals week and this was perfect! The location was amazing with publix and many dining options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at a place in Ormond beach and will for sure be trying to book here in the future.

Very clean and convenient location! On our arrival the place was prepared to celebrate our twins birthday. The owner had placed balloons and birthday decorations throughout the property. There is a Publix and great places to eat. You can walk to the beach. You can also see the the beach from the patio. The patio gives a great view to area. Perfect birthday getaway for my boys and family. We also we fishing and my son caught a shark. Oh my! Great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The communication between Sandra and us was extraordinarilly nice and we really had a good time. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The location is great with access to shopping and leisure within minutes. Hopefully we have the chance to return again. Thank you for your hospitality dear Sandra and Carl, we really enjoyed our stay!
