Peace and Play is a bright, modern, clean, spacious villa! We are a part of a larger community of villas situated on the beautiful shores of Exuma!
Enjoy stunning sunsets from the beach, swim in the ocean or saltwater pool, kayak to the mangroves or relax under the palms. Your vacation Villa is a few steps from the pool, beach and honor bar where you can keep and savor your favorite cocktail!
The home is freshly painted in 2019 with all new stainless steel appliances (fridge, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher - a quiet one).
The main living areas are spacious and open with extra high ceilings in the living room, dining and kitchen areas. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The Jr. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has ample cupboards and two twin beds. There is also laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
The wraparound porch may be accessed via french glass doors off the Master Bedroom or the Living Room.

Kelly was great. So quick to reply. The villa was in a beautiful & quiet location. The pool was fantastic. We loved the layout of the villa. Very happy with our stay!
