About this house rental
Serenity Hill is a 1555 square foot, 2 bed/2 bath home, situated in a quiet area on a hill with an ocean view and gentle breezes, and a backyard man-made beach oasis surrounded by lush vegetation and flowering gardens. Our bright, open-concept home is a turn-key property including everything you need to have a great Island getaway. Each bedroom has it's own full ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closets. The Great Room has a fully-equipped kitchen and large dining table, an extra-long island with 6 stools, a living room area with plenty of couch space, including a queen sofa bed. We have a large (40 x 10) covered back deck, with plenty of comfortable seating, as well as an outdoor dining table for 8, and a Napoleon BBQ Grill (propane). Serenity Hill is equipped with Starlink high speed internet and a 65" TV in the great room. Our home is located on a paved road, just a 5 minute drive from the town of Georgetown, 7-15 min. dive from many fantastic beaches and restaurants, & 20 minutes to the airport. Very well stocked home for cooking, lounging inside or outside and going to the beach. The beds are comfy with good quality linens.

This home holds a special place in our hearts. This was our second visit and it was just a memorable as the first. We had a perfect stay. The home has everything you could need. It feels so comfortable and is decorated so beautifully. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We used the bbq a few times. The little beach is such a cute addition. The yard is well maintained and has lots of vegetation. The location is close to everything and easy to find. The hosts are very quick to communicate, they check in often, and are easy to contact should you need anything. Our favorite!

Thank you Tara and Scott, we had an amazing holiday at your place! Tara and Scott are lovely hosts, easy to communicate with them. This is our second time at Serenity Hill. The house is located in such a strategic area, very convenient near all the shops and different beaches. The house has everything needed for an amazing holiday! We highly recommend it to anyone with and without kids.

Everything was picture perfect. We loved the space of the home, and the location was quiet and welcoming. We felt safe and at peace in the space and in the area. There was a view of the water in the distance, and the hosts have created a perfect area of sand with loungers to enjoy as your own oasis. We loved that, as well as the huge deck. The AC worked great, but we hardly used it, as there was such a gorgeous breeze through the bedroom windows that we preferred sleeping in the fresh island air. We were so pleased with this serene space that we have already told so many people about it. We highly recommend it! Loads of attention to detail in the decor, and everything that you could need in the space was available. Tara and Scott were so easy to deal with, and communication was fast and attentive. It was truly a memorable vacation—exactly what we needed and wanted, and so much more than we expected. We will definitely be back!
