Nestled in Durham, this lovely house for $149 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Very clean, cozy, safe friendly downtown location. Super comfy queen beds. Well-stocked kitchen. The shower has been described as glorious. Quiet and peaceful. Steps from Ellerbee Creek Trail for walks. Fresh. -Professionally cleaned and meticulously maintained. - Ceiling Fans in each bedroom for your sleeping comfort. +Blackout Curtains in the master bedroom for deep sleep. - Zero shared spaces. - Each unit has a separate HVAC unit. You have access to the entire house except the locked cabinets. For your convenience, we have a digital lock. Your unique entry code is sent right after you book. A reminder is auto-sent the day of check-in. We are available through the app and usually respond within minutes. Our phone numbers are in the Guest Book for emergencies. +Safe, friendly, working-class, multi-color neighborhood. +One guest described the neighborhood as "just like a big city." + Rhonda said: " The duplex is on the end of Green Street which is an ethnically diverse working-class area. Neighbors seemed friendly. Several evenings I came from work and all along the street families out in front yards sitting around in chairs/tables socializing. Kids out playing riding bikes . Area quiet at night. +All the neighbors are friendly so be sure to say hello or wave. Runners, joggers, and walkers, we are 2 blocks away from Perl Mill - Ellerbe Creek Watershed. Go out the front door and walk down the hill. Be sure to look at the "distance to" maps in the photos to see how easy it will be for you to navigate Durham. You can walk .7 miles to Foster St./Geer St and the Central Park District of downtown for Cocoa Cinnamon coffee in the morning. Enjoy Full Steam Brewery, The Pit, Motorco Music, Geer Street Garden, the Blue Note Grill, and so much more The Farmers Market is on Saturdays, and within walking distance. Always interesting.

As advertised. Slept great. Everything worked as it should. Only comment would be regarding the living room furniture; from the perspective of two adult men 6’ an taller and over 200lbs, wasn’t the most comfortable. But, take that with a grain of salt. Would stay again

The duplex location is great for all Durham activities. The house is well stocked and clean. Very pet friendly and kid friendly too.

We had spent the Easter weekend in Durham and it rained throughout so pretty much had to stay indoor. The property itself is clean and well maintained. However the neighborhood is not as good as the inside of the house.

We came for a long weekend to celebrate my nephews baptism. Your place was the perfect place to stay. Close to my sister’s home and convenient for shopping and visiting! Very comfortable and cozy for us all. Thank you!
