Find your paradise forty-five minutes away from the hustle and bustle of busy Orlando theme parks. Grocery stores, restaurants, night life, surfing, water sports and nature exploration are at your fingers in this luxury barrier island condo. Enjoy the sounds of lapping waves into the mangroves at this 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo directly on the Banana River and within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is fully equipped with amenities for bathroom, kitchen and laundry rooms. Additional amenities include parking, tennis courts, pool, hot tub and sauna. Beach towels and beach chairs are conveniently available at the condo for guest use. Please return them to the condo when you are finished using them. The condo is located on the THIRD floor accessible by stairs only. There are no elevators or ramps. Guests maintain sole access to entire condo unit, except for owner's closet and HVAC closet where access is restricted. Guests will enter the unit by using a code provided by owner to access the door key and pool key. A doorbell camera is installed for the safety and security of the guests. Guests acknowledge and agree that Owner nor Condo Association are liable or responsible for any injury, property damage or loss of property. Guests further acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold Owner and Condo Association harmless. Guests further acknowledge and agree that they will properly maintain and use the new appliances and fixtures as they are intended for use.

Stayed at this quiet, safe, and friendly condo complex close to Port Canaveral. The host was professional, friendly and very responsive. The relative cost of the condo over the month was excellent and we loved the views of the Banana River from our bedroom, living room, and balcony. It was well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay for a month of snow birding. Not far from beach. Plenty of places to go walking. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for me who prefers to cook and eat in. Amazing sunset views. Great for a photographer like me with all the wildlife. I got to see all kinds of birds and also dolphin fishing and playing. Would love to come back again for my winter retreat from the cold up north. Andres was always quick to answer any questions I had.

Overall, Very satisfied. The positives 1st. Good location. 5 min drive to a fantastic beach. Free parking. Beautiful sunset. View on Banana River fantastic. Condo had everything needed. Furniture comfortable. Bed confortable. Condo Well equipped. I’m not a fan of internet TV. Balcony on Banana River. Only negative for us was no screen on Balcony, the little No See Um bugs were murder in morning and evening. They are hungry and waiting. Paid big price 1st day before realizing problem. But aside from this I would recommend and give a 4.6 overall rating.

Once again - a dream vacation!

Once again - a dream vacation!

My second time here and I love it just as much. So close to so many restaurants, beach, attractions, shops, space launches, etc. There is a paved sidewalk along the highway so you can actually walk or bike to many of these things - including an organic grocery store. Condo is clean, comfortable, and stylish without being cluttered. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs & towels, wonderful balcony facing west for wildlife watching and beautiful daily sunsets. Pool, hot tub and tennis courts are nice amenities. On 3rd floor with no elevator - no prob for me, but be aware.

Condo is clean, tasteful & functional without being cluttered. Comfy beds. Smart TV. Washer/dryer, microwave, toaster oven, ninja food processor, well appointed kitchen for cooking. Close to many restaurants & attractions. Balcony overlooking mangroves and river is quiet & amazing for wildlife & sunsets. Heated pool, hot tub & tennis courts are well maintained. Highly recommend.

When we first arrived we were unsure of what to expect from the appearance, but once inside the condo we were in awe of the cleanliness and the view. We didn’t hear the neighbors or the beach crowd. We would stay here again.

This location was great. We were two couples and had a great time. The condo was clean, updated and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to communicate and facilitate a great visit. The condo community though older was clean, the pool and hot tub nicely maintained. The view out the back deck was just lovely. The birds and the bay were very relaxing. We were here only a couple of days but had some great meals at local places and was able to relax. Fully recommend this location, owner and rental!
