The Bluefin Chateau is a new 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath luxury home occupying one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world famous beach where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area. Bluefin Chateau is near Destin Florida’s main attractions including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping and more. The luxurious appointments flowing through Bluefin Chateau will renew your senses. Enjoy the open concept living area, 3 King Beds, wood plank tile flooring, crown molding, 8' interior doors, Quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, two covered balconies and a back patio. Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! Home Layout: Level 1: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Twin bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Large Rear Patio With Propane Grill. Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), ½ bath and kitchen. Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of twin bunks with bathroom (sleeps 4). All linens are cleaned and changed out for each guest! You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver) We include four lightweight beach chairs for you to bring to the beach. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. *Check In – 4PM (Central) *Check Out – 10AM (Central) The community pool is heated from Nov - March. Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. If you would like an additional Golf cart we suggest contacting Ecco Motors, they will deliver any electric vehicle and bicycles to ALL of our locations! Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Please note there is a ring doorbell camera in front of the entrance. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. The house and its contents seem very new. The paint job has many dings and scratches which may not be so problematic except the flat paint surface which prohibits cleaning.
The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen amply supplied. I liked the coded door. The golf cart was a huge plus getting to the beach. The section of beach here is very clean and nice. There is good parking and public restrooms.
There was this fan issue. It looked like the bathroom fans were on a sensor but they just kept going off and are quite loud. In the middle of the night they would just keep turning on. I am not sure if that is by design but they are just very loud fans.

This rental was exactly what we needed. It had enough sleeping for three families plus kids. Loved that there were so many king beds available. There isn’t too much gathering space and table seating is limited for a place that sleeps so many. But it was nothing you couldn’t work around.
In terms of cleanliness - everything was cleaned very well before we got there. You can tell the property has been used quite a bit. The furniture is a bit dingy and walls are pretty marked up. If anything, though, took the pressure off with having kids on the trip! The area is okay - tucked into some commerical sites but it was fine.
We had everything we needed. Golf cart was great for beach’s access, which is about .75 mile walk to where you can actually get on the beach. Customer service was awesome. They were quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, it was a great experience and worth the price.

The condo was great. We enjoyed our stay. They only issue I wanted to bring out is that cleaning may want to focus on the floors. We put my granddaughter in her walker to move around and when we picked her up, her feet were nasty.

Fantastic house for a party of 12 to 14
We stayed here for our wedding. Had enough room for the family. Very spacious and clean. Had enough bathrooms for all of us to use at once. Kitchen was very equipped. Loved the space. Beds were very comfortable also.

We had a few friends and family come for several days, home was very spacious and everyone had their own separate space with their own bathroom which was nice. Home was very clean and everything advertised was accurate. Management was easy to work with we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Highly recommend this rental. Golf cart was also a great addition.

The overall experience was amazing and condo was absolutely beautiful! They had infant furniture available which was convenient. The cart was a life saver toting family back n forth from the beach. One down side…. The community pool was extremely too small. If you have kids that enjoy the pool & or adults who want to decompress from the beach, you may be disappointed. Other than that, very clean, cool & beautiful condo! & anytime I needed to contact someone, they were speedy with a response :-)

"Fun in the Sun"
This property was very beautiful and very spacious to accommodate my family of 13. The grandchildren especially loved to ride in the golf cart to the beach. I particularly like to go to the pool. Thoughtful design and a wonderful experience!
It is clear that whoever designed this homehas a LOT of experience in what makes a great vacation. From the gorgeous finishes to the multiple laundry rooms, this home was designed to make your beach stay easy and fun. The golf cart made getting to the beach or to various locations a fun little ride-it is a wonderful amenity for a home a couple of rows back from the beach. The design allowed all 7 of us to have separate spaces, with everyone able to retreat to a luxurious, well appointed master or a bunk room with their own bathroom. The back patio was perfect for grilling, and we found almost everything we needed-plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Tupperware, etc. There also was a plethora of storage, which allowed us to put our items away and keep the house looking neat and nice. Even the Internet was fast and the TV selection was good. The pool area had picnic tables-the only slight complaint was that the pool was overly warm.
Overall, a fantastic vacation-just what we needed!
