King Beds: 2 | Queen Beds: 2 | Double/Full Bed: 2 | Twin Bed: 2 This is a professionally managed property with a staffed office on the Isle of Palms. If you are looking for luxury, "Attitude Adjustment" a beautifully decorated home in the Isle of Palms, is for you. This custom, elevated home was built with attention to every detail. Six large bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms give everyone in your group the space for a great vacation. The primary bedroom featuring a king bed is on the first floor with access to the wrap-around deck overlooking the pool and backyard. The newly updated primary bathroom has an oversized claw foot tub and a large separate shower. The other poolside bedroom featuring a king bed and opens up to the wrap-around porch using a newly updated full shower bathroom in the hall. On the first floor two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two doubles, share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The reverse floor plan highlights a large great room with access to the second-floor wrap-around porch, also overlooking the pool and backyard. The Chef's kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while still being part of the fun. The kitchen includes a stand-alone wine cooler and a stand-alone ice maker and boasts two dishwashers. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one queen and one with two twins, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Both wraparound porches have comfortable seating and dining tables for your convenience. The top porch has a circular staircase that winds up to the rooftop crow's nest. There is room for sunbathing and a covered area with a wet bar and fridge. The panoramic ocean view from this area is breathtaking. A great place to have that evening cocktail. The L-shaped pool is partially in the sun and partially in the shade for those hot summer days. For the cooler days, the pool is heatable at an extra charge. There are lounge chairs for the pool area and a table and chairs for the grill area in the backyard. This house is a vacationer's dream with its well-thought-out amenities such as a 3-floor elevator for luggage and groceries, whole-house audio with in-wall controls in every room, Flat-panel TVs in all bedrooms, a tank-less water heater for on-demand hot water, washer and dryer, tropical landscaping, and the reverse floor plan great room with walls of windows. First Floor Bedroom Layout: Primary Bedroom First Floor - King Bed Bedroom 2 - King Bed Bedroom 3 First Floor - Two Doubles Bedroom 4 First Floor - Queen 3 Bathrooms Second Floor Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 5 Second Floor - Queen Bed Bedroom 6 Second Floor - Two Twins 1.5 Bathrooms Pool Heating can be added for an additional fee of $500.00 per week with one week's advance notice. Note pool heaters change water temperature up to approx 20-25 degrees above the outside temperature. Pricing & Availability: Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees. For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays. --Policy-- When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals. Damage Protection: In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay. Travel Insurance: Management Company offers travel insurance to all of their guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation. If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

The house was perfect size wise for our 3 families. We really enjoyed our time there. It was nice to have plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was too cold (Dec) to use the pool. One of the 2 dishwashers did not clean well at all and the microwave above the oven did not heat. We let the mngmnt know of these things. A couple cleaning items- the window sills in the open foyer needed cleaned (dust and water spots), the vaulted ceiling in the main living area had a lot of dust/dirt on the fan and vent return. One of our guests saw a huge bug go behind the drink fridge. The view from the upper deck was distracted by the abandoned home on the ocean side. We realize there is not a lot "you" can do about that, but it is quite an eye sore and from what locals have said has been there for quite some time. Overall we really enjoyed our time there. The house is beautiful. Bathrooms were nice. Decor of furniture is a bit outdated and "oceany"- Couch could use a good cleaning. We would give it an B+/A-

Great place for the family to gather on the beach!

We rented the house for a family vacation. The house was very nice overall.
Pros- the elevator, the garage, the large open gathering area. Also, the beds were comfortable, house sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms (2/2/4/2/2/2). Master bedroom was HUGE. Rooftop area was good for sunning/hanging out with a little ocean view and a small fridge. Kitchen Ice maker was awesome, two dishwashers, and wine fridge were handy. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill.
Cons- we had two golf carts and 3 cars, parking was a bit of a shuffle. Appliances were a little outdated, there is a lack of serving bowls for family dinners. Most interior doors (like the bathrooms) are missing locks…awkward. There are at least 30 light switches on the main floor, we never did find the pool lights!
Other things- there is a strict noise ordinance but the landscaper was leaf blowing at 7:30 am. The pool guy showed up twice unexpectedly to dump 200lbs of salt in the pool and other maintenance. The exterminator showed up for a termite inspection. The management company came unannounced because the city meter indicated there was water running constantly (there wasn’t) but they checked all possible sources. To me, I felt like they were all spies!
Bring games, there isn’t much other than puzzles. The house could really benefit from a ping pong table in the garage, plenty of room.

Also with check in time at 4:00 pm and and check out time of 10:00 am (But in our case check out time was 9:00 am due to Spring forward time change) With that many guests it was really hard to get everyone packed and clean the place and be out the door at 9:00 AM after a family wedding

We loved the house. Fit our family great. We had one big problem. The pool was filthy. Very disappointed. You knew we were coming so I don’t understand. The children had one day of swimming taken from them. They came very early and cleaned it. Leaves were all over the pool and I was under the impression they would clean it twice. So we will never go back to this house.

The pool was a nice feature and we had a reasonable walk to the beach. We were actually glad to not be located on the main thoroughfare. The rental managers were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The house was beautiful. Wonderful week together!

Tired house with inattentive management company
This property could be so nice. Unfortunately, the home is showing its age from all of the rentals. Paint peeling in areas, beat up and chipped pots and pans. (we went out and bought two new pans for the house as the coating was worn off all that were there. The main issue is with the management company East Islands Rentals who just made excuses for everything. They took no responsibility for anything at the house. The keys we were given in were wrong. Not that big of a deal. There was no hot water in the kitchen which meant washing dishes in cold. All remote batteries were dead. We had to replace them ourselves. All those things we could live with. But the pool was totally green with algae and unusable for the first 4 days of a 7 day trip. We literally had to go to the pool store ourselves and spend $350 on chemicals and start treating it ourselves to get it swimmable for the last 3 days. Management stopped returning our calls entirely. I feel sorry for the owner who's property they mis-manage. see web site eastislandsrentalssucks dot com for story and photos. Also look at past reviews. The pool has been an ongoing issue that the management company was fully aware of. But instead they said "that's the ways its supposed to look.... we think is has a green tile bottom?" really???

Our stay at 3706 was wonderful. The house is just as pictured with a very relaxing and spacious feel. Great location for wandering around Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Mount Pleasant and Charleston. On top of is truly only a 2-minute walk to the beach. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at this house. IOP was beautiful and the weather was surprisingly warm. We had the pool heated and it was worth it for us. The property managers were very responsive to the small issues we had which was fantastic. It's a beautiful, spacious house, and is very well equipped. We had several family dinners in the home and had enough space for everyone. The only tiny disappointment was that the fireplace was not useable for guests, which would have been very cozy during the winter stay. It's just a good thing to know. We would absolutely stay there again in any season. I enjoyed morning tea on the roof top patio every morning.

Beautiful Stay on IOP
A very beautiful home. The only down side for me was the Master was located directly below the kitchen. It was a stunning bedroom with a fabulous en suite bathroom- the problem was that it wasn’t possible to get any sleep until everyone was out of the kitchen for the night- we could hear everything above us! The only other downside was we paid extra to have the pool heated, and it was still very chilly. I would say if you are going in November or December, probably skip that extra expense.

Relaxing Family Vacation
We loved this beautiful home. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. Isle of Palms is a great beach community, and while it is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston, we never seemed to mind the trip. The property management was very helpful, and quickly sent out a plumber when we experienced a small problem in one of the bathrooms. This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family of 13.

IOP Annual L&E Reunion
Overall we were all very impressed with this property! Due the transition of ownership on the day we checked in- the cable and internet service did not work during our entire stay - but the property management provided a hot spot for access to internet so that did allow some folks who were working to access. A couple of minor things to note- all of the heater/ac vents could use some attention and the shower head in the master bedroom- sprays water over the top of shower- so it was not used during out stay. Other than that- this is a beautiful home and location in proximity to the beach! The size of house truly accommodated 10 people perfectly! Thank you! Bonita
