Situated in Dry Fork, this charming condo for $191 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Newly added central air and heat! Our two story condo is ideally situated within a short distance from Timberline, White Grass and Canaan Valley Resort. The charming towns of Davis and Thomas with great restaurants and brew pubs are just a few miles away. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the large deck with gorgeous park like views. The deck has seating for 6 and gas grill for your family cookout. The open floor plan features everything you would need at your mountain get-away. Newly updated kitchen features granite countertops, and new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Fiestaware dishes, plentiful silverware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender and coffee maker. First floor half bath has a full size Fridgidaire washer and dryer set. The living room features a Vizio Smart TV with Dish service. On cool evenings, enjoy the wood burning fireplace with complimentary wood delivery. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a matching sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs. The master bedroom features king bed and has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sink. The bedroom also includes a Hitachi TV with Dish TV. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a queen bed, TV with Dish TV and has a small deck. Bedroom # 3 has 2 twin beds and TV with Dish TV. There is a full bath on the second floor with a newly installed walk-in shower. Complimentary wi-fi and end of stay housekeeping are included. Deerfield Village has many family friendly amenities including tennis courts, picnic area, playground and a community pool. My family and I stayed at this VRBO for a long weekend of skiing. Property was clean and well stocked with essential supplies. Property manager was attentive. Location was very convenient -- close to a BBQ restaurant, gas station, and two ski resorts. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we hope to make a return trip! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Canaan Valley BBQ, and a short drive to Timberline. The property was clean and cozy, with plenty of room for our family. It was easy to cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Great value and we plan to return soon!

My family enjoyed our Thanksgiving at this property. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of appliances, cooking and serving dishes and spices. We had no trouble cooking a lovely meal. There was plenty of wood for use in the fireplace. The beds and living room furniture were comfy. The pantry was quite full of food left by others I presume and more kitchen ware which left little room for the items we brought though. Also the bedroom with two twin beds was small with a large printer/fax machine on top of the dresser leaving very little room for use. We were happy with our stay.

Is close to black water falls and Canaan Valley outdoor recreation areas.

Exceeded expectations!
You can tell the owner takes time to make the experience great. Super clean and felt really new with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Even the towels and linens looked new. Flannel throws on every sofa, rugs, and paintings throughout gives a cozy feel and makes it feel like home. The wood burning fireplace was amazing. Most stocked kitchen I have ever had including a whole cabinet full of spices. Quality kitchenware. Owner is very responsive. A great stay with zero complaints!

This unit has been updated and is very well decorated. The kitchen is the most well-stocked of any place we have ever rented.
Leigh was easy to work with and responsive to all our questions and issues. We were impressed by the upkeep and grounds of the whole complex.
If you are coming in warm weather, note that like most places in Canaan, the unit is not air conditioned. Also, the stairs to reach the second floor are narrow and steep and could be a problem for someone with mobility issues.
We had a great time and would rent this unit again.

Nice place, beautiful valley
This unit has been updated and is very well decorated. The kitchen is the most well-stocked of any place we have ever rented.
Leigh was easy to work with and responsive to all our questions and issues. We were impressed by the upkeep and grounds of the whole complex.
If you are coming in warm weather, note that like most places in Canaan, the unit is not air conditioned. Also, the stairs to reach the second floor are narrow and steep and could be a problem for someone with mobility issues.
We had a great time and would rent this unit again.

Great place but hot in summer!
This is a great place, really well equipped and comfortable but we struggled the first two nights with no A/C. We did not find a portable A/C as listed in the comments, and the ceiling fans plus windows open didn't do the trick. There is one box fan for three bedrooms so we took turns. I'm sure this is a great place in most seasons!
