We stayed 1 night here and I must say the location is right in the centre of the old town. Perfect for exploring Rovinj, the hosts are very friendly, speak excellent english and helped when we needed somewhere to store luggage for a few hours. It was a tad noisy at night but you have to expect that so close to town. Super cool aircon which was a welcome relief from the Istrian heat.

Perfect location so close to the water and convenient to the ferry which we took into town. Easy walking distance to everything. Convenient to have a fridge and kitchen items available. Everything was clean. Helpful to have a drying rack for wet clothes. Very helpful hosts provided great information for us to ensure our stay in Rovinj was wonderful.

The location was great, within the old town and close to lots of bars and restaurants.
The room was very small with very little light, it felt quite claustrophobic. We struggled to find anywhere to place our luggage which made moving around the room very difficult. No coffee machine available or breakfast option despite both being mentioned on booking.com
