The room was clean and tidy, was lovely to make myself a cup of tea and the bathroom was very clean and functional. The door opened up the opposite way so it made it annoying to bring anything in and out of the room which becomes time consuming when you're travelling.
Check in was tedious and the staff weren't doing all they could to make it as welcoming as they could have. I had friends staying at the same place and they were given a code to collect their key and we weren't, so had to come back and get a code. I was also totally ignored by the staff upon arrival as they were looking at something on a phone and didn't even acknowledge me.
