В номере было чисто, тепло. Удачное месторасположение, красивый вид с балкона на море. После бронирования, прислали номер телефона хозяина. Заранее списавшись, быстро заселилась. Проживание было в конце апреля, с лифтами проблем не было.

It is a nice, modern and clean apartment. The view from the balcony is very nice, you can see the sea. The whole building is modern and the elevators work very well. The dishes in the bistro downstairs are very tasty and not too expensive. The price/quality ratio is definitely positive. However, there are some things that are best known in advance. Therefore, please read the negative remarks we wrote.

- The apartment is less suitable in winter because there is no heating in the bathroom. Putting the heating in the room on full power, which the owner advised us, brought little change. Fortunately, we were able to buy a small electric heater in a small store in the center, which even managed to get into my suitcase to take home. - The rent must be paid in cash on the spot. Be sure to make arrangements for that in advance. We had not done so and woke up the first morning (11am, but 8am for us due to the time difference) to a Russian-speaking woman banging on the door to come get the money. Fortunately, my husband can speak Russian and was able to convince the woman to come back at a later time. After all, we had not yet collected the money. - There is cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery, but not very much. For example, there was only one coffee spoon and not a single coffee cup. For drinking, there were two wine glasses, two tea glasses and one water glass. Also no bowls for corn flakes or the like. - There was toilet paper, but only an incomplete roll. There was dish soap, but only one inch in the bottle. So you will have to buy things in addition. - There were two large towels and two small ones, one of which we used as a bath mat. However, these are not changed during your stay. We were there for a whole week and contacted the owner, who said we could arrange this for a fee with the reception desk of the hotel downstairs. There we were told that this was impossible. All they could do was sell us towels. So it is better to bring a few extra towels yourself if you stay more than a few days.
