My stay at Block A was extremely happy and hassle free from start to finish. During check in, my request to get the best available sea view room was gladly accepted, and I was given a room on the 47th floor that looked exactly like the pictures. The room featured very clean amenities, reliable WiFi, hot water, free water bottles, and a coffee maker, and the view from the balcony was truly amazing. Security and service are awesome, there is a convenient 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor, and the location is very close to the beach while the city center is just a few kilometers away and easy to reach by public transport, taxi, or even on foot.
The lobby can get very crowded, and sometimes you have to wait a long time for the lift. At times, the lobby can feel a bit like a busy bus station, though that may be normal during the high summer season in Batumi for such a massive hotel complex with over 800 rooms and apartments.

I would like to start by mentioning that we arrived late at night, and the reception staff welcomed us promptly and kindly. We didn’t have to wait long; they were polite and attentive. Since I was traveling with a child, we were checked in without having to stand in line, which I really appreciated.
Because the summer season is usually very crowded and I had heard that Orbi elevators can get overloaded, I requested a room between the 5th and 10th floors during the booking, so that I could use the stairs if needed, and also with a guaranteed sea view as shown in the photos. I am grateful that both of these requests were fully met.
The apartment matched the photos exactly: clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed_ from bathroom toiletries to kitchenware. It was very convenient to be able to cook at home whenever we didn’t feel like going to restaurants.
The elevators were working very well; usually 4–5 were in service on our side, and we never had serious delays. Only during check-out hours it gets a bit busy, as many guests are leaving with luggage. The sea view from our apartment was simply perfect, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. Both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.
The only downside I can mention is that my booking was originally for Block A, but we were redirected to Block C instead. I was not informed about this in advance, so arriving late at night, tired, with luggage and a child, made the transfer a bit inconvenient.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Everything was wonderful, especially the view. Everything is clean, comfortable. The air conditioner works well. Outdoor parking below. We will be back again.

Reception guy named Dived is the best men ever he is respectful and make it easy for me to check in, if I will go back to this hotel it’s because of him
Hotel is nice just little bit hard to get elevator.. and it’s noisy at night from ppl. No breakfast and it’s crowded all the time.
