its nearby kvariati beach, very silent house with its own compound so children can left freely outdoors without any worry. u have to clean up everything urself. apple & nashpati trees, flowers grown within the compound itself.
supermarket outside the apartment is very expensive, nothing else nearby, maintenance of the apartment is needed, jammed door locks need oiling, furniture is not reliable. small sized apartment. Taxi ride necessary for everywhere, no bus service near this
