The location of the hotel was great. Plenty of shops and cafes around and it felt safe. It was also very close to the centre of it all. Approx 15 mins walk to the main square. Also, I had a problem getting into the room on one night ;entirely our fault) and I received great and very prompt customer service when I called the number provided for assistance. We loved the shower too. Very powerful and it was spacious.
To be honest, the overall size of the room was tiny. If I had realised this, then I’d of found somewhere with a bigger bed and more space. For reference; My partner is 6 foot 3 inches tall and his feet were dangling off the end of the bed.

The whole experience has been great. Staff were very helpful before arrival, and afterwards. We left some headphones and they went above and beyond by looking at postage costs to ship them to us. The room is lovely and great value for money! Feels very modern and clean.

Clean, excellent location, excellent value, comfortable. Had everything I needed, including a small fridge, hairdryer and coffee.
It would be helpful to have a full length mirror in the room.

Modern, good location
Not very clean, a lot of dust, air conditioner is right by the bed so I always felt too cold. Walls are paper thin, I could hear other people in their rooms and I could hear their alarms in the morning. Could also hear the people living upstairs so I don’t recommend this place if you’re a light sleeper.
