We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked the 2 bedroom bungalow which was spacious for a family of 4 and we were really pleased with it. It was great to have the lounge area, kitchen ( with kettle, full size fridge and 2hob rings) and the patio area. Bungalows had a/c and also a stand up fan. Nice traditional style and absolutely beautiful gardens. It was a really peaceful location and felt like we had the pool to ourselves. Nice tasty breakfasts which you could order rather than Buffet, so less food waste. We had originally thought about staying on Choeng Mon beach but we were really pleased we chose to stay here as we felt it was more peaceful and we felt we had more privacy than the resorts and we had more independence. Easy to get a Grab car or use Grab to bring up large 5l bottles of water to the hotel. We enjoyed jumping into the pool to refresh after the walk back and also in the evenings. Only a short walk down to the beach. Staff were polite and friendly and we felt welcomed. They were all very helpful and genuine, especially the manager called Bob, also Dada and the new breakfast lady. Nice that the kids could use the pool table for free or hang around the reception area playing games. The children also enjoyed seeing the 3 tame cats. There is everything you need around you as you walk out the hotel - two nice streetside restaurants outside the property, laundry, massage, further down the small hill - ATM, 7/11 bars/restaurants (Sunny side up for lunch and the mother restaurant for dinner were our favourites). Choeng Mon beach is really close by (5min walk down a short hill) with safe sheltered swimming beach and very family friendly. Kids enjoyed hanging around Carnival beach club area. Beach had shaded areas and fire shows every night. Choeng Mon was one of the nicer chiller areas compared to some of the others we visited as the roads were not as busy to cross with kids. Wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful weather too.

This place is an absolute gem. Great location, great facilities and the staff were awesome; front of house were really friendly and the cleaning team were excellent (when needed they cleaned our villa to an outstanding level) . Thank you Nin and the team

Spacious 2 bed villa which exceeded expectations when booking. Amazing air con, good kitchen facilities, lovely peaceful location but 5 min walk to beach and shops in Cheong Mon. Staff including cleaners were lovely

Squirrels in the trees, lots of mature trees and trailing vines, spacious cottage, good distance between cottages, private and quiet, good to have a kitchen, 2 bottles of water replaced everyday. 7 minute walk to beach. Good recommendation given on where to eat dinner nearby at Chu Chee Pla (was excellent)
Outdoor aircon unit so noisy it could be heard inside the bedroom so I couldn't use it at night. Aircon also doesn't reach the living room, which made that room quite hot. A silverfish found under my pillow. Pool area not particularly inviting. No face washers supplied.
