Pleasant

Good location, nice clean rooms.

During checkout I was asked to pay 30% more than the price indicated in my Booking reservation. The staff explained that the taxes and extra charges were not included however the reservation was clear that the price was final. The staff was not accepting the argument that Booking confirms only final prices and any additions cannot be applied. Finally I paíd the right price but the staff was insisting that I should pay more.

Great place to recharge yourself with nature around you!

cleanses, cuteness, welcoming environment, kindness from the workers. everything was perfect! Thank you for helping me recharge mused with great energy! Mother Teresa de Avila and San Juan de la Cruz were great hostess! lol 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Disappointing

-There was a lot of noise close to our room, we could barely sleep. -There was not fridge. -The shower had a courtine which let the water escape. -It was not a queen bed, there were two singles beds joined.

Excellent hotel and lovely service! Don’t book through booking as they overcharge 50%!!

It was upsetting to learn that the price paid through booking was double the amount of the price that people can get by booking directory through the hotel. Will avoid using Booking in the future

I was expecting much more of this hotel, given the price it charges per night.

it’s close to the town’s main square

It wasn’t what I expected for what I paid. Rooms are very cold as windows do not insulate cold from the outside. Rooms don’t have a fridge to store beverages or food. Breakfast menu was the same every day and was not very appetizing. This hotel feels dated in comparison to other options available in town. Way too expensive for the value it offers.

Nice place but not that worthy.

the location is very nice because it has lots of gardens and nature

they organize weddings in a big room next to the rooms and all the peace and quiet of a place like this goes to hell. they had loud music playing until past midnight. ask if there is a wedding before booking.

the location, the cuisine, the room. lots if activities. something for everybody. the colonial style was beautiful.

if you are not used to the altitude, climbing to the 4th level where our room made us suck air.

A very stylish and good-quality 5* accommodation overlooking Villa de Leyva

The hotel is very tastefully decorated (just pay attention to the fantastic gardening work and all sorts of small details all around. The location up on the hill gives the opportunity to have a view of the entire city. The personnel is friendly and efficient and the restaurant is good value.

The breakfast is tailored for local Colombian taste and may not be appreciated by European travelers. We also missed some sort of sitting places in front of the building to enjoy the view. The hotel is far from the city center and could be hard to reach by foot.
