I really appreciated the flexibility of the hosts regarding check-in time. They were most accommodating. The location of the apartment was pretty good, close to transportation.
We were frustrated because the light in the kitchen did not work. We let the hosts know, but they responded the next day, saying that we should try all three light switches. Naturally, we tried them before contacting the property owners! There were no batteries in the TV remote control, so we had to use our own. The morning of our departure, we found some hidden behind the TV. We wouldn't watch TV anyway because it would not go on the internet. Someone left the language on Spanish, so we couldn't figure out what the problem was. When we let the owners know, they ignored our complaints. There was not one sharp knife in the kitchen! There was an iron, but no ironing board. Finally, Someone left some really disgusting shoes in the apartment.

Estaba limpio y es tranquilo.
No conseguí que funcionara la TV. Hay bastantes escaleras hasta llegar al piso. Algunas de las instalaciones están antiguas, pero todo funciona bien.

This was a very central area to stay in and safe. You're away enough from the main city so you dont have all of the noise but close enough to walk everywhere. The property was clean and has everything you need. The place was also bigger than I had anticipated!
More for female solo travellers, as a pre-warning, the stairwell to get to the apartment does look run down and lonely but it is a safe place to stay.
