So much of my positive experience emanated from the above and beyond work of Habiba who seemed to be the 'hub' of the staff team and public face of The Lodge. Her commitment and dedication would, in my opinion, be valued by a higher end service provider. I appreciated Habiba's help with a couple of challenges that emerged about the remainder of my holiday; she seemed to take pride in her country folk and expressed disappointment in the exploitation I experienced.
Before booking I I had not appreciated how the site was located on a fairly significant slope. I was grateful that Habiba noticed that would be challenging for me and changed the room offered. I think a form of communication between the dining area and kitchen/reception area could improve the customer experience.

Secluded and quiet. Beautiful with lots of trees surrounding. Very relaxing. Fantastic breakfast.
