Puede mejorar.

Ubicación,buen tamaño, la vista. Que tuviera lavadora y secadora.

Muy ruidoso, podría ser mejor la limpieza de la cama. El desagüe de la tina está algo tapado. Mejorar almohadas.

Communications with property was poor and took a long time

Restaurants are good and very accessible. People are friendly. I like Peruvian music

The host requested to have pictures with me and my passport in my hand?!1. I felt like a criminal.

Disappointing and not worth it.

the ocean view was nice

The booking process should have been a clue to cancel. In my more than 10 years of travel I have never been asked to send photos of our passports and credit card. upon arrival we were again asked to fill out forms with our passport information and then required to leave our finger prints. The forms were only in Spanish so we had to have them interpreted before we would sign them. Upon arrival into our unit we found the bathroom to have a dirty mirror and walls, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept, and the windows to the sliding glass were dirty. The washing machine needs a good cleaning. I’m not sure if the owner is aware but front loading machines need regular cleaning and maintenance. The lint trap in the dryer was packed full. That’s a great way to start a dryer fire. There are no hot pads for using the oven and stove and there is no where to hang your towels. They only provide you with 2 bath towels and two hand towels. There needs to be a place to hang them between uses. The furniture was not comfortable at all. The mattress and pillows are terrible. The worst thing in the whole apartment was that the bed linens were dirty! They had not been washed from the previous renters! Additionally, we felt that having to make a $100 deposit (we did get it refunded) and having to pay a $50 cleaning fee was a bit excessive considering the apartment clearly had not been cleaned.

Extremaly noisy apartment

This apartment is located right on an extremely noisy avenue. I checked-in and had a working virtual meeting which didn't work well. The noise was so loud that even with a headset I couldn't hear properly my colleagues. I left the apartment right after but didn't get a refund as I had booked with no refund.

Great appartment in great location.

Great big appartment with everything you need for your stay. Big rooms with comfortable bed and good furniture. Bathrooms are clean and functional. Location is good, near shops, restaurants and a short taxi ride away from the centre of Barranco and Miraflores. Concierges were kind enough to let us leave our luggage untill we needed it.

We couldnt figure out how the oven and TV worked, having the manuals would have been helpful. Airco would have been nice too. For the rest everything perfect.

the communication with the stuff was not good: their English was very elementary…. and they were not forthcoming ☹️

very bad experience, the apartment nearly the high speed way, quite noisy. The staff enter the apartment and left a desk without advance notification during my stay. Even no any communication before charging extra fees from deposit. 谁先谁后悔！

Simply fantastic

The apartment was incredible. The furniture is modern and authentic, the whole flat was spotless clean. Everything was really comfortable, the bed was simply amazing. There was a washing and drying machine in the apartment, which was really useful. The view from the rooms was also amazing. Also, the gym and the pool was a nice addition in the building, as was grateful that they could be used regardless the Covid measures.

The apartment I got wasn't the one I reserved - I suppose there are more apartments in the building. I was not a big problem, but I was surprised. My apartment didn't have a desk, as it was indicated, but they offered a laptop stand. The location is a bit noisy - there is street with a lot of traffic in front of the apartment and although it is not the fault of the owner, when I was there someone nearby was drilling almost non-stop for 6-7 hours a day, which made working and relaxing difficult.

Passable

modern and spacious appartment located on the 11th floor with nice view of Barranco district

the bahaviour of the owner/agency representative who is carrying only about your money and check-out time (till 11:00 btw repeated a couple of times). Moreover, I have decided to stay 2 days longer, paying by cash (so I assume that it has not been officially reported to Booking.com) and still did not receive my change (despite of our arrangement). All in all, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

Amazing home away from home

View was amazing, it had washer and dryer, fast internet and kitchen with lots of utensils. Great for remote workers and digital nomads. Great value, amazing location. There's also a corner store next to it which was super convenient.

Gym, pool were only for residents due to COVID.

Horrible

Worst experience I ever had and I have been traveling a lot

- checkin took more than 1 hour - administration did not respond the phone - they charge 12$ extra for cleaning - you have to leave 50$ deposit - door opens with very insecure 4 digit code - apartment was not as shown in photos - to get the apartment you booked they want you to pay 5$ extra/night - to get your deposit you have to wait 2 hours outside till they cleaned everything - bed very dirty - very noisy because of the highway in front

Too much hassle

A security issue that the company refused to correct: to access the apartment there was a 4 digit code: 1234, when I asked to change it because was too weak and easy for anyone to enter the place, they refused to do so, so all the week we were not feeling safe. The early check-in (8 am) requested although was shown in the booking, wasn't granted and we had to wait till 3 pm... the company answered that they still were considering my request(?). always an answer to defend their position, not to solve the issues... Tiresome experience. about the apartment, it was ok but in front of a very noisy and high traffic road.

Great Location in Barranco

Great location. Complete apartment with 24 hour security. Great view over Barranco and the Miraflores skyline

Would Re-book Anytime!

The location is awesome close to cool restaurants, easy access to Larcomar shopping and ocean views. The Host was provided timely and helpful responses to my questions.

Could not use the pool. But lots of cool jogging paths close by so we could still exercise. Not enough towels!

Good stay

Location was good. The apartment is really nice. I enjoyed my stay. Having a kitchenette was great. The view was nice too and it was true to pictures.

The pool that is advertised cannot be used by guests. I think in this case you shouldn't be advertising it. The second thing I didn't like was that when I asked for a late check out, it was only possible for a full day price. So i ended up moving to a hotel that offered me day time for half the cost. I think hosts need to be more flexible.
