Great room, not so great building and staff

The location and apartment facilities were great, when you could use them. The room had air-conditioning and a balcony which made the stay much better, however I am aware not all the rooms have these specs. The host was easily contactable and tried to be flexible.

The complex has a rooftop pool however you are unable to book ahead of your booking becoming valid and only 2 rooms can book 1 or 2 hour slots at a time, indirectly not allowing travellers access over residents in the building. The worst of the experience was the concierge staff (not the host). One young man, in particular, was miserable and very unhelpful. Due to late check-in times and travel arrangements, he even stated he would not hold our luggage for us despite having adequate space and whilst allowing others to do so.

Does not look like the photos, not for those who are picky on cleanliness

good location

the photos are very different from the actual apartment. it’s much older and the room had a really weird smell (like a fishy fridge?) that didn’t go away after days. the couch was dirty, and the pillows were really flat. the way the bed is positioned, the a/c will blow directly at your head, so we ended up sleeping the other way. I wish I could say better things, but the smell was really frustrating.

great location in Barranco, about a 20 mins walk to Larco Mar. AC only in bedroom.

Great apartment for walking life in barranco and miraflores

Location is great, close to little stores and bakery, walking distance from barranco and miraflores spots. It is a fairly fast trip from the airport and then it is possible to walk to many spots and beach. Apartment is cozy, kitchen is good Staff working for the building are helpful and nice The views are open towards the sea sunset is amazing

Check in: the "necessity" of sending pictures of passports, instead of sending only written information and then having an alternative check of the information seems to me abusive and unsafe for my personal information and confidentiality. And this is because the property is not "there" personally to welcome you, and they rely on the staff working for the building in order to hand in the key (who are very helpful and nice by the way). Getting valid information about the identity of the travellers seems a fair thing, now, having to send such personal pictures over WhatsApp with no guarantee of confidentiality, seems wrong to me. Overall the apartment was clean, except for the carpet in the living room which had clearly been forgotten and was filthy and we had to clean it. Besides, or stay was of one week, over which the only toilet paper ran out and towels got dirty, with no washing machine, I would have expected some free replacement after, say, the fifth day, instead, the property said they only included replacement of towels after 10 days of stay. Finally, for sensitive ears the street running under the apartment can be noisy during day hours, starting early (6-7 am)

Internet worked well and the building was easy to find

The room and bedding smelt, and noise from the traffic was constant, even 15 floors up. There was no where to store baggage the next morning while waiting for an evening flight. Not a great experience in truth

Dana was very helpful and always available

wey clean and easy to access upon arrival. Reception security very nice and helpful. plus Dana our host was excellent

We like to have salt, olive oil and coffee upon arrival.

It located in a good area of Baranco. Check in was very fast, front door person is very friendly and nice. The communication with the owner was very easy. We asked for a favor and she/he was very understanding The bed is comfortable, we like the light blocking curtains. The kitchen is well equiped. WF was strong We recommend!

It will be nice to include an instruction of how to use the stovetop. The neighbor's dog was barking when he was left alone but never at night

- area is ok, close to Miraflores in Barranco.

- You can really hear the noise from the street - The appartment looks nicer on the pictures than in reality. - We had a bad experience with the transportation system. They confirmed us a taxi was booked to pick us up from the airport but the taxi never came. And it is really stressing to be outside of the airport with no transport.

A great place to go back to

Dana and the rest of the team were very helpful. We were provided with the additional items requested. The location was very useful as it was closed to various amenities and there is a great transport system passing just in front of the building. Finally, the bread shop at the ground level of the building has some of the best desserts we have found in Lima. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to travel daily around the city.

Nice lobby personnel, nice views and fully functional. The host was also well responsive to our questions and accommodating to our wishes

Bathroom had a weird smell sometimes, kitchen basics like salt, coffee or oil would have been helpful
