Excellent price, very good value for money for a great lication in Wien. Close to public transport, U-Bahn & Bim. Walking distance from Schloss Schoenbrunn. Generous resources, for example not many places would provide washing up liquid and this was appreciated. Basic sure, but exactly what we needed. We were hardly ever there, too busy exploring the wonderful City. We didn't see much of the staff, but that was fine. We were just left to ourselves mostly which suited us. Self Check In and communication beforehand really effective.
There was one problem. When we arrived at 2am, we entered the codes and someone else was in our room. However there was a number listed on the Booking.com page. Called it and Artur came within half an hour to solve the problem. Didn't bother us really, and we got a free beer by way of apology. Just to note, German language is preferred. Luckily I had enough to get by and problem solve, one to watch for any travellers not planning on speaking German. Oh and one more thing...
The picture on Booking.com had Artur playing the Accordion. I was expecting a lovely tune every morning!!! Sadly we were not treated to any Accordion playing but it did not ruin our trip : )

Place looked like as it did in the pictures, the kitchen was well equipped.
Host wasn’t responsive, the location is pretty inconvenient.

Pros:
• Great location — only a few tram and train stops from the Opera House and central city.
• Very close to both tram and train stations, making it easy to get around.
• Included handy amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, and a cute little kitchenette.
• Basic but functional toilet and shower.
• Excellent blackout shutters that make the room completely dark.
• One very lovely staff member who spoke English and was helpful; the others spoke limited English but were kind and polite.
• Very budget-friendly for the location.
Cons:
• The shower didn’t drain properly and gradually got worse; even after reporting it, it took a while before anything was done. Eventually it was fixed, but it continued to drain slowly.
• When we first asked for laundry service, they washed and dried our clothes but a few items went missing. We got them back after a few days, and then did our washing ourselves go avoid this issue.
• Although the listing mentioned cleaning service, our room was never cleaned even after putting out the “please clean” sign several times.
• The room is very small, with a compact bed and bathroom — fine for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re sharing or have large luggage.
• Quite noisy at night. While you can’t hear traffic or trams, the walls are paper-thin, and for a few nights neighboring guests had their TV on loudly until 4 am. Earplugs are recommended.
• No clear quiet-hours policy to help manage noise between rooms.
