The nice staff
The location
+My mattress had one side much lower than the other side ( probably used much more and not new ). Solved it by sleeping on the other side. Would replace it though for future customers ( room 6 )
+ when people came back to this small
Hotel it woke me up every time. Every time someone went up the stairs I woke up. Even in the middle of the night.
Maybe if there was a sign in the entrance that people must take their shoes and go up quietly it would be less significant. I think you can’t sleep there for many hours without waken up. As it was only one night for me , I managed to . Could even see people speaking - not good acoustics.

Very clean and central hotel, you are in the old city centre and easy to find parking.
Quite noisy as people coming in are basically stepping next to the door entrance, also the cleaning lady started very early her duties and put some music till the hour of the check out.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and has everything that you need. It is a perfect location for visiting Rethymnon - it is within the old town bustle but quiet. Close enough to the port (and parking) that you dont need to be hauling your luggage too far.
