Giannis the person who runs this place was truly nice and helpful. He made sure that I felt comfortable by being able to reach him for any inquiries I had. He also showed me how everything worked even though it took me a moment to learn how to open the balcony door. The location is perfect since it’s right in the city and everything is nearby. All the amenities were great and provided for. The room is pretty big and very clean. Giannis’ mom was so nice and she had left a delicious cake for me. Giannis also generously left me Raki which I sadly did not have time to enjoy but I’m sure it would have been amazing. I was going to Chania from Rethymno using the bus and Giannis made sure that I could find the bus station.
There is really nothing to complain about!

Everything. The treatment and the warm welcome from Giannis and the he left us were wonderful.
The balcony is amazing to sit at night and the apartment is located on the best place in Rethymno.

The location is excellent. Giannis is so kind and helpful, with his parking recommendations and advice about the city. There was some welcoming homemade cake and raki that made it perfect for us. The views from the terrace are amazing.
A little bit noisy at the evening until the downstairs restaurants close, but nothing that prevents you to sleep.

Our stay at Polyxenia Suites was amazing!
Pre-arrival communication was excellent and very helpful.
Our rooms were great, super clean, with very good AC facilities, the location was very central in the old town of Rethymno, with lovely welcome treats upon arrival. Yannis is a fantastic host, super helpful and responsive with everything we needed.
