Nestled in Catalina Foothills, this charming house for $65 per night is a great choice for your next trip. State Tax #21272215 This is a smoke free property. Convenient location, near midtown Tucson. Casita E (830sf) is part of a 15 unit apartment complex where all units are situated around a pool. It has a fenced in yard for privacy and carefully chosen furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Both bedrooms have king size beds with linens and coordinated decor, the living room has leather furniture, a flat screen tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the casita as well. The property is centrally located to all of Tucson's tourist attractions, the University of Arizona and area hospitals. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED! Please note: hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction. Plan to have a couple of friends for family members over please just let us know. They will need to park on the street and you will need to escort them in. The site is an acre in size, there are 8 cameras that record 24/7 on the property. The cameras are located on the exterior of the buildings-easily viewable by guests and allow the Owners to view the parking lot, property entrances, pool area and rear portion of the site. No cameras view or record inside the buildings or in the private rear yards of each unit. Pool: there is a large pool in the center of the property that is open 8 am to 8 pm and is for use by paying guests only. All kids 17 and under must be supervised by an adult-the adult must be in the pool area when their underaged guest/child is in the pool area. We do not heat the pool. Smoking is allowed in parking lot only, smoking is not allowed on other areas on this property. You will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining portion of your payment if found to be smoking in the unit or refuse to smoke only in the parking lot. If smoking is noticed inside our rental, you will be charged for a thorough professional cleaning at a minimum of $250 to clean all bedding, furniture, walls, etc. Additional charges- Rental rate is based upon double occupancy (meaning up to 2 people in a unit) We charge for additional guests above 2-this includes kids. Additional guest fee is $30 per person per night. Have someone stay just one night-you need to pay for that guest for that one night ahead of time. You must notify us ahead of time if you do have additional guests stay the night so we can collect the additional fees. Sales tax is 12.1% and collected for all rental payments and fees. Please read rental agreement. Your payment and completed reservation indicates you are in agreement to abide by our rules.

The cute gated community was conveniently located for us to have access to both sides of Saguaro National park, which are East and West of town. While the location was a good middle ground, I wouldn't call the area outside the gates of the community a nice area. But, I wasn't too worried about it, because we were in the National Park most of the time. I was slightly concerned to see a homeless person sleeping right outside the gate on the first night, but I think that can happen anywhere and they were not back for the other 3 nights.

Casita was exactly as pictured in photographs. Check-in was easy. Casita is very well appointed - had everything we needed. We and our pup enjoyed the outdoor area and amenities. Communication with Maria was clear and she responded very quickly to queries. Property complex is gated, so felt very safe. Will return,

This property was great for me because they allowed me to bring my small dog. I have stayed with them twice, but on reviewing the property rules I came across a note that said they will no longer be allowing dogs so unfortunately I will not be able to stay there again. The one thing that was kind of a hassle was that to enter the property you have to get out of your vehicle to enter a gate code and this some times made me feel uncomfortable, especially since it is so hot in Tucson and turning off the car for even a minute is brutal. It would also have been great if there were awnings or some sort of covered parking for the assigned spots.

Was in an ideal location. When I arrived it was exactly what I saw in the pictures. I'm was impressed. Very contemporary decor. Looking to stay there again. Had all the surrounding businesses take my stay enjoyable; grocery, access to cycle path, and good dining.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our casita. It was spotless, spacious and both bedrooms had king sized beds! Casita E has a front porch and a private fenced garden and patio. We spent lovely lazy hours relaxing and listening to the birds. The owners must have many green thumbs because the cactus plantings are gorgeous all around the property. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

This casita met our needs perfectly! We especially loved the colorful and artsy decor. The furnishings were good quality, too. The back yard was private and attracted a few birds, which we enjoyed hearing. The front porch was nice, too and the pool Wow! So pretty at night with the lighting. It was so nice to walk to and from the unit since it was away from the parking lot - another plus! We would definitely stay here again!
