Size of the room was good. Liked that the room had a fridge. Shower and bathroom were exceptional. Location in town to activities was good.
No room fan. Room got hot. Had to close the small window at night due to the noise from the bars and nearby people. Additional shelving in bathroom for toiletries would have been nice.

Very responsive. Allowed a slightly early check in to accommodate my wife who was not feeling well. The luggage storage set up is best in class. Great having easy, person-free access before checkin and after checkout
3pm checkin is fine but having any on site waiting room/ WC would have made this place the best

Great position, self check in and check out really useful. Clean room not particularly quite since people outside at the pub sometimes were noisy.
I had problems during the checkout since they disabled my access code and I could not collect my luggages. I've almost lost my bus to the airport due to 15 mins lost to contact them to solve the problem. What saved me was that someone get out and I had access to the building to collect the luggages. It is not acceptable to have no support or in person assistance for emergency situation.
