All of our apartments are unique and individually styled.
Please note that this property is located downtown, on the main shopping and bar/restaurant street, which is full of life, joy and culture.
The Space:
Cosy studio accommodating 2 persons. The bedding can be arranged with one double or two twin beds. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower attached. Also, the studio is equipped with a kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee/tea facilities. The 4 studios we have are all uniquely furnished.

The Neighborhood:
Mani Apartments are located in the heart of Reykjavik City at Laugavegur 18. Laugavegur is the main street of the city, no car is necessary to explore the sights near the hotel. Short walk to all restaurants, bars, cafés. Please note that parking in the downtown area is not for free, and please have a look at the parking signs.
The worth visiting locations:
- Hallgrimskirkja Church: one of the tallest structures in Iceland, the magnificent 74.5m high church is located 550m from the Hotel.
- Harpa concert hall: the Crystalline façade inspired by Icelandic scenery is just 700 m away from the Hotel.
- Sun Voyager, an ode to the Sun, the sculpture designed by Jón Gunnar Árnason can be visited in 1.2 km from Room With A View Hotel.
- The historical building, the Culture House is in 250 m distance from the Hotel.
- Reykjavik's oldest public baths in Iceland, Sundhöllin can be found 800m from the Hotel.

Fantastic location. !! Only negative is the poor shower pressure

Everything was clean. The bed was firm. The hot water was only warm. Water pressure in the shower was just adequate.The only towels were two bath towels. We found an open janitor's closet and got some hand towels. There were no wash cloths.If you are from the USA, I would prefer a Hampton or Best Western or LaQuinta to this apartment but, in Iceland, a similar hotel would cost 40 - 50% moreStorage for clothes and groceries was abundant.If you weigh 200 pounds, you may not fit in the bathroom.It was very difficult to find. The GPS on my phone couldn't find it and insisted it was 2 km away. The GPS in our rental car got us within 200 m of the building.However, the location was fantastic. There was a small balcony that would be great in summer.While we didn't use the kitchenette, it had plenty of utensils, appliances, glasses, etc.Now that I know where it is, I would stay here again. I consider it to be good value for the money.
