The apartments are self-checking but we offer 24/7 guest service through phone and email. All of our apartments are unique and individually styled.
Please note that this property is located downtown, on the main shopping and bar/restaurant street, which is full of life, joy and culture.
The Space:
Architectural lavish attention is put in the Studio with Balcony, where a spectacular view awaits you from the balcony. The studio has a private bathroom. The studio can accommodate up to 2 persons. The bedding is arranged with one double or 2 twin beds. A flat-screen TV with international channels and high-speed WiFi. Moreover, there is a fully equipped kitchenette, with a refrigerator, utensils, hob, microwave and toaster, and tea and coffee are provided.

Guests have access to the whole room. Everything is private and for you to use at your convenience.

Mani Apartments are located in the heart of Reykjavik City at Laugavegur 18. Laugavegur is the main street of the city, no car is necessary to explore the sights near the hotel. Short walk to all restaurants, bars, cafés. Please note that parking in the downtown area is not for free, and please have a look at the parking signs.

- Hallgrimskirkja Church: one of the tallest structures in Iceland, the magnificent 74.5m high church is located 550m from the Hotel.
- Harpa concert hall: the Crystalline façade inspired by Icelandic scenery is just 700 m away from the Hotel.

This was a very modern and extremely conveniently located apartment in the heart of downtown Reykjavik.
There was also an elevator to get to our fourth floor apartment so no worrying about carrying luggage up the stairs which is often a problem in Europe.
Communication with the hosts was excellent and they also offered many suggestions on tours and other things to do around Reykjavik and Iceland.
The apartment is essentially on the Main Street in the downtown core and everything is walkable with many excellent restaurants nearby.
If you rent a car, I highly recommend the parking garage only a few steps away.
I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Iceland.

The patio door was broken and loosely patched after a break in. The kitchen is unusable for cooking as there no exhaust and everything would set off the smoke detectors
