The location could not be beat. It was right in the city center on rainbow road with the convenience of many stores and restaurants near by. The little balcony was absolutely adorable and one of my favorite parts. Everything was very clean and the apartment itself is beautiful with very comfortable beds and chairs. The kitchen is great and easy to use and coffee is included.

Due to the amazing location, it does mean a little bit of noise but they even provided ear plugs for this. It was hard to get the apartment dark and it was a bit too warm, though we did stay on very warm days so this probably isn’t typically an issue.

Nice clean apartment in great location. Very well set up and had very comfortable bed. The little coffee machine was a nice touch, with coffee pods supplied. Plenty of cooking equipment

As soon as I walked in I knew I was in trouble, ear plugs on the bed. The studio apartment is an old shop front, so it has shop front windows that directly face a VERY noisy car park. People walk right past the window and no double glazing so you hear everything. Night club people come back to their cars at 2 and 3 in the morning, yelling and laughing. We were woken up several times a night on both nights. Also, when we booked free parking was offered, but that was withdrawn without any notification so when I enquired 2 days before arrival I was told ' sorry we dont do that any more', After booking.com intervened they did offer to pay for the parking.

a beautiful studio apartment. Clean and tidy, and comfortable space. location is great. ground floor straight to the parking lot. Full kitchen utilities.

The location was great! The place was clean and was well stocked.

They need to leave information on using the washing machine and on how to adjust the heat. I used a quick wash cycle and wanted to dry my clothes further, but could not find the setting. Unfortunately, the manual was in Icelandic.

It was quite loud on the first night which was on the weekend but thankfully the host gave us earplugs. After that it was fine.

Excellent location. Comfy bed. Amazing shower. Great selection of tea and coffee. Toiletries in bathroom. Perfect for a quick stopover.

Privacy was an issue if you wanted the window open for fresh air. No guarantee of parking, which was offered.

I have to say this location was fantastic for its location in the city center. The owner is very, very communicative and helpful. I really appreciated that. While small it meets all the needs and has everything. Value was great!

I think it should be noted that this place opens up to and faces a parking garage. It does have the appropriate blinds for privacy. Lots of people walking by at all times.

Location was fabulous!

This was mother/daughter trip. Perfectly located. Clean with all necessary items included (kitchen equipment, washing machine - very much needed 😃). Owner very understanding and let us check out late.

Couldn’t use the tv - was confusing. But the stay is still 10/10

It's fantastic. Very comfortable and full equipped apartment and its owner is so kind. We had to leave luggage after our stay and she was really kind to us. I recommend 100%.

Everything was great. The location is in a decent part of the city. The place was clean and has a washer.

Maybe I am unlucky because black-out happened in the morning I can't use any machine. Fortunately, the door is not using the keypad one or I might be kept inside and miss my tour

location is the best! the communication with the staff was super great . Ingunn went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in.
