Great location and very spacious!
The window coverings were very hard to open/close-many were broken. Parking was expensive.

Very near the shops and some attractions
No elevator. Also the microwave was dirty, the bathroom sink takes a while to frain the water.

It was my third time in Iceland, and this was by far my most comfortable stay so far.
The location on Bergstaðastræti is right in the heart of Reykjavík, which meant we could walk pretty much everywhere in town and be back at the accommodation within minutes.
The facilities were clean and comfortable, and whenever I needed any help, I received a response within minutes.
I would happily stay here again on my fourth visit to Iceland!
No complaints.
