First floor apartment. Great location - parking nearby was fine. Comfortable large double beds. Good wifi and TV.
My main negative issue was that the host agents sent me a link in several B.com messages to complete an online check in form - the check-in process (USA?) required a payment of $58 for non refundable damage waiver or $500 against my credit card to validate the check in and receive access/lockbox instructions. I checked with Booking.com customers services who reassured me twice that they would contact the host agent, but failed to get back to me with any resolution - disappointing. I ended up dealing with it myself and complained to the host agents - who then told me it was an 'optional process' and I was sent check in instructions in messaging. Very misleading and not in line with booking.com policy for hosts not to to use external links in messaging, collecting additional damage payments or card details off site from customers.
Bathroom/toilet/Utility room was average and dated. Kitchen and dining area was odd. Flimsy sofa bed uncomfortable to sit on - small round table. Needs a larger dining table and four adult chairs. No dishwasher.

Great location - close to rainbow street and the church. Lovely afternoon spot for a drink called Bodega nearby.
The sink in the bathroom small and almost impossible to use.
