Good location. Clean.
A score of zero for communication. Had a question about parking and nobody answered the phone. Nobody answered the email. Really not ok.

It was a great location, clean, close, and convenient.
The door key pad was not the easiest thing to use and the stairs were a little tight for getting in with luggage.

Was a really clean and tidy flat, and (in theory) in a great location - very close to the heart of Reykjavík and lots of parking nearby.
The location - next to a homeless shelter/ something similar. Mostly had no issues but one resident did come across the street and throw stuff at our car when we came back from a northern lights trip. Wouldn’t recommend staying here as a group of female travellers.
