About this apartment rental
This family designed luxury apartment in central Reykjavik, Iceland is located on Klapparstigur (facing Skulasgata) with direct and unobstructed views of the majestic waterfront. In addition, the apartment's balcony, living room, bedrooms, and kitchen also overlook Mt. Esja and the HARPA Concert Hall. The property is walking distance to an array of fine restaurants, bars, museums, theaters, geothermal swimming pools, and high street shops. Building amenities include two elevators, underground parking, the use of a private Miele washing machine and dryer along with 24/7 security. There is also a playground at the back of the property for families to utilize.
Ocean Sculpture Walk is across the street

Lauavegur (Main High Street) less than a 1/2 mile
Geothermal pool @ Sundholl less than one mile
The Apartment and its' Amenities:
This 2017 remolded ninth floor apartment sleeps up to five people in three bedrooms. Bedroom one, "master bedroom," king-sized bed; bedroom two, queen-sized bed; and bedroom three is one twin. Each bedroom boasts high-quality linens and duvets.
The newly renovated apartment offers a full-bathroom with two sinks, an individual shower with a rain-shower head that flanks a separate built-in white porcelain bathtub. Carerra Marble and stainless steel fixtures are found throughout.
The renovated kitchen features granite countertops and a four-burner range and stove. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking staples as well as pots, pans, and utensils. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker (pods supplied).

Great apartment in perfect location to walk to all desirable spots, restaurants, harbor, shopping. The views of the water were incredible; very spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Also had a garage in the building for convenience when renting a car. Telma and Elias with the management company were great to work with--very helpful!

Better than expected!! Everything about this place was amazing. Property manager was so friendly and responsive. Walking distance to everything and the views are hard to describe and better than the pictures. We had such an amazing time!

My wife and I could not have found a more beautiful, spacious or convenient apartment for our first family trip to Iceland. Beautifully decorated with magnificent ocean views and ideally located to restaurants, shops and the grocery store, the apartment was the perfect home base for our family of five. In addition the owner and property manager were very gracious with recommendations and insight with local tours, restaurants and Reykjavik activities during our stay. We had such an amazing time and plan to return again soon. Thank you again!
