Great property with everything you need . Terrific location. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

I really loved my stay here. I was traveling solo and had specifically asked for a room that was not on the first floor, with a balcony if possible, and in a safe and comfortable setting. The property was beautiful, clean, and felt very safe. I especially appreciated the key code system, which made me feel secure knowing that only guests with the PIN could enter. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and always available for communication. I also really appreciated that they offered me a complimentary early check-in when my room became available. I had to leave my luggage in the basement for a few hours, but it felt safe and secure.
The only small issue was that my room wasn’t ready when I arrived earlier than expected, but I completely understood as the property was very busy. I really appreciated that they later offered me complimentary early check-in.

Fantastic location. Bonus supermarket is right in front of the apartment , open till 11pm this was a big plus.
Blackout curtains could have been of better quality. Especially there should be a facility of blacking out front door. Hairdryer switch was quite loose so one couldn’t use it unless you were holding the plug in with one hand. Apartment gets really really hot even if radiators are switch off.

Location
From our previous stay where lift wasn’t working, we were not advised lift had been repaired. Consequently we paid for expensive luggage storage elsewhere on arrival, several streets away from the apartment. Bed had grit in it and sheets were dirty. Very overpriced.
