This apartment is within walking distance to everything you’ll want to do and most tour pick ups. It was very clean and spacious. The pictures are true to what the apartment has.
The dryer did not work. The dishwasher did not work.

地理位置在雷市中心，步行彩虹街五分钟，步行韩国超市十分钟，步行9号巴士站五分钟。全自助入住，无电梯。客厅、厨房和厕所超级大，主人房也大，次卧比厕所还小。
订五人入住，但只有两间房，饭厅有一张沙发床。次卧比较小。

Excellent location, clean, large space and comfortable for 5 people. View of water from main window was wonderful. Parking was a little tricky but we managed. It was great to have washer/dryer.
The blinds in smaller bedroom were laying on windowsill, not put up, sleeping was difficult at sunrise. A cupboard door in kitchen was falling off, dryer on/off button was a little crooked but we were able to get it to turn on. Bathroom window was cracked. Issues that I'm sure can be repaired, the worst was blinds not being in place in bedroom. We were offered repairs while we were there but not comfortable having people in while we were there or out and about.

The apartment is clean and the social spaces were spacious. It's in a great location, very central. Communication with the host was easy. The view of the sea is nice. The beds were comfy.
The apartment didn't have half of the furnishing that is shown in the photos, and we felt like it's in the middle of being redone which was disappointing. The steps into the shower weren't secure so they were a hazard for our older guest. The bathroom window was cracked and appeared to be held together by plastic film. I'm sure it'll be nice once the work is finished though.
The second bedroom with two single beds isn't ideal for two adults because of how small and narrow it is. Half of the lights didn't work which was also not helpful when it got dark.
I didn't think it was worth the money for the state that it was in, when compared to many other rentals I've stayed in on past trips.
