Location was super, just few steps from downtown and easy to reach even by foot from the bus station. The rooms are very practic, not huge but up to 7 bed places in a same apartment!
The kitchen is well equipped, highly appreciated for at-home cooking and enough dishes for us (5-member family).
Just a "comfort" point, not really an issue, but the room close to the bathroom smells quite musty, but could be mitigated by letting open the window.

Once we got in, everything was great. Enough space for 3. Everything was clean.
Communication through Booking .com with the host was not a great experience. The host kept sending links to forms and info that booking .com removed. I wish they would have just communicated with me through WhatsApp. We ended up going to the wrong room (upstairs unit) and only finally got a hold of the host after the customers of the upstairs unit communicated for us. Only then did they reply to my requests for check in / lockbox code. Once we got in everything was great.
The dryer door is broken, so I had to use a prop a mop between the door and the wall to keep the door closed so it would run.

Decent location for walking about.
Great difficulty using lockbox to retrieve house key. Had to wait in rain for my son to arrive and jiggle it open. Kitchen very tiny for 5 people. No living room. Small couch in one bedroom which also was too small for 5 people. Labeled as bright chic getaway but it was below ground so minimal light and chic summed up by prior comments.
