La ubicación frente a la playa aunque está lleno de botes.

Muy mala experiencia. La habitación sucia, el desayuno pésimo y se escucha todo de las demás habitaciones que no te permite descansar.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a tourist. A complete rip off! I paid almost $400 for 2 rooms for one night and what I got was a totally regretting experience. Right from the check in (the shady sign board and the reception ), it was an utter disappointment ! We booked the premium suites which were triangular in nature and look mesmerizing in the photographs posted on the website. When we went in the toilet seats were broken, the wash basin was soiled, the room lacked basic amenities ! We could hear the activities from the adjoining room. The worst was the breakfast- prepared in a dungeon kitchen, some scrambled eggs, orange juice made of powder in the name of fresh juice etc. Totally forgettable experience! Please do not go by the fake reviews, you will feel cheated! In fact I feel the entire Nusa Penida island is a rip off and people are there only to extract money from you. The saving grace was the sunrise and sunset!

We loved the location, it was amazing to step out and into the water to snorkel. Lots of cool places to eat on the beach

Location, location, location

Wasn’t comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had some black mold. It’s just getting old, needs updating. It’s right on the water so I think that’s why it had a musty smell. Could have used a nicer blanket.

Incredibke location, magic sunsets and the restaurant next door is a real treat!

The location was incredible.

The staff at the facility are great, we loved chatting to Yogi. Unfortunately the administration staff in the office are unreliable and do not answer their phones.

Superb

Resturant has nice atmosphere and very good food! All staff are very pleasent to deal with View is amazing. Fruit plate was included in room, not sure if everyone gets one but nice touch. Everything worked properly in the room. I had put laundry in morning before i had to leave due to family emergency next morning and they went on a special trip to get it for me extremely happy about it cause i would have had to leave most of my clothes behind.

They come late at night to ask what you want for breakfast. Should have a cut off time for you to order or u just dont get it. I stayed in the villla and you can almost make out what people are saying in the theirs from yours. Not a huge deal just watch what your saying. Little noisey at night was fine with it cause i knew from other comments

Good location, beautiful view with downsides

The only good thing was the location. We're also glad that this was owned by local Bali people.

The staff couldn't assist in booking activities around the island. You can hear everything from dogs barking all night to loud people in the other rooms all night. There is construction happening and you can hear everything.

Amazing location, literally on the sea side, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed.

The walls of the room were very thin, so you can hear everything from outside and upstairs neighbours.

I liked the location, the beach is beautiful

The taps are rusted in the shower, the wood looks old, the food was not good. The hotel didnt send a taxi to fetch us from the port and we ended up waiting in the heat until a taxi came for other guests of a different hotel who shared their taxi with us.

Very nice stay with amazing view

The room we stayed was amazing and right on the beach. The guy from the hotel was really nice and very polite. He helped us in every question we had. The sunset was amazing from the view of our room. The feeling of the sea right in front of you everyday is amazing, and this is what they offer in this hotel!

There was a limit on breakfast options. The bathroom needed some cleaning in general, it felt used so we would recommend some changes. There were some pouffes available but they were very dirty. We saw that a stray dog was sleeping on it at the night so we didn`t use them at all.

View sensational if you are prepared to go without a toilet when there is a pump issue.

View was amazing, room was clean, bed was comfy.

On day 2, there was no water. No toilet could flush, no showers. Restaurant next door was dreadful. Although the view was great, it was a little isolated.

absolutely stunning view and the rooms were very well equipped. restaurant for drinks and food right outside on the beach with delicious things available. walkable distance to beach clubs and other restaurants.

Staff were not overly helpful or friendly. Weren’t offered to have room cleaned during our stay.

Amazing view, great location, basic conditions

THE SEA — Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves, and waking up to the beautiful view of the sea. We caught a beautiful sunset right on this beach too. LOCATION — Really great. We got a scooter and explored both the east and west of the island (Kelingking and Diamond beach were approx 40mins ride away), it isn't far from the different harbours either so we could scooter to catch our snorkeling trips etc. Tons of local places to eat nearby (as well as more modern bars and restaurants). STAFF — The staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. Yogi was an absolute rockstar, superbly approachable, always willing to help, and professional.

NOISE — Sound insulation here is really not great. For us, we took it as part of the experience, but light sleepers should take this into consideration. We stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor, and there were people staying on the 2nd floor above us. We could hear them walking/stomping, kids running/crying, when their phones/tv volumes were too loud, even when they went to the toilet (the door is a bit sticky so it bangs when you push it shut and we could hear it). Thankfully, we managed to sleep ok for the 2 nights we were there. CLEANLINESS/UPKEEP — It would really help this place stand out if they just did basic fixes. Like providing fresh unstained towels (they all had brown stains), change the small trash bin in the bathroom to something newer (it looked like it hadn't been washed in years!), fix the toilet seat (it's not fixed on properly and slides), get some new bedsheets (ours had a rip in it) and maybe give the bathroom a lick of fresh paint as the walls are stained. Hot water is not consistent here, and we stopped getting hot water on our 2nd night + 3rd day.

Great Beachfront lodging on Sun Sun Beach

Going to sleep listening to the surf crashing under the bungalow was magical. the location is central on Sun Sun beach walking distance to several restaurants.

It was all good.
