A casa fica virada para uma praça com esplanada e está muito perto de um café/restaurante. Possui bons restaurantes nas proximidades. As camas são confortáveis e a cozinha está bem equipada. A casa encontrava-se impecavelmente limpa. Possui um espaço exterior com uma pequena piscina muito agradável.
