Dejlig stor, rummelig og ren lejlighed med meget gode senge og stor altan med udsigt til floden og den antikke bydel. Fin beliggenhed i forhold til arenaen.
Gaskomfuret virkede ikke, kunne ikke tænde. Der lugtede endvidere af i gasskabet. Vi lukkede derfor for gassen. Vi skrev til værten, som aldrig svarede. Det gjorde, at vi ikke kunne koge et æg til morgenmaden f.eks., hvilket var utilfredsstillende.

Very spacious accommodation, 2 bathrooms a bonus, comfortable beds, good location to walk into Verona
Key code did not work on arrival. Contacted number stated, immediate response but told it must have gone offline and couldn't get anybody soon to let us in. It was 22:30 by this time and group of 6 left outside apartment with no means of entry. Advised to ring the bell of another resident and ask to open up for us. Asked who this should be but no further communication when said we did not feel comfortable contacting someone random. Eventually another resident wanted to go in so asked if she would let us in, extremely rude response but managed to catch the door. This was a very unfortunate start.

The location was absolutely perfect - just a couple of minutes’ walk and you’re already in the historical center of Verona. It’s very close to Juliet’s House and all the main attractions, as well as many great restaurants. There was also a grocery store right nearby, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed having cafes just next to the apartment. The river view was beautiful and made the stay even more special. Overall, the apartment felt very well-situated and comfortable.
Nothing that affected our overall satisfaction with the stay. Some of the kitchen items, like the pans, were not in the best condition, but it didn’t really matter to us as we mostly ate out at restaurants.

Excelente ubicación y tamaño de la casa. En sus tiempos sería una gran casa estupenda con techos altos y bien ubicada, con servicio de portería (conserje), buenas escaleras, gran entrada y de categoría. Hoy día ha quedado totalmente anticuada y con falta de mantenimiento. La casa en general es un 6 / 6.5 de puntuación, no tengas miedo en reservar ya que está aceptable, pero si es importante que sepas lo que estás reservando.
Limpieza solo superficial. Sólo hasta la altura de los ojos. Muchas telarañas y arañas en todos los techos, polvo en lámparas, parte alta de los muebles y botella de alcohol en ropero por lo que se ve que hace tiempo no miran. El teléfono que dan para atención no es atendido, no contestan. Tenía otro teléfono ya que se pusieron en contacto conmigo para darme las llaves al no funcionar los códigos y en ese sí respondieron (aunque una de las dos cosas que pedí no la subsararon).
