The property was very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly modest and self-serve, but plenty of it. The room was very clean and well appointed.
If you are staying in the Eagle Bay, Dunsborough and/or Busselton area, it is a great option. It's a bit too far from the Margaret River wineries to be a preferred option for these activities. we also thought the property would benefit from having some sort of a lounge area.

Such a beautiful location, in the bush and a 15min walk to the beach. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and good amenities. The owners were lovely and even built us a fire for Saturday evening as we had expressed interest in one. Loved that tea and Nespresso coffee was on offer in the shared kitchen at any time.
Sufficient self serve breakfast of cereals, yogurt and toast but no spreads except marmalade. Some jam and Vegemite would’ve been super.
