Me and my partner had a great time at Eagle Bay House & would love to come back soon

It was clean, in a scenic location, close to the beach and secluded. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Kangaroos on the lawn in the evening.

Amazing

Everything as expected and photos very accurate. Breakfast and equipment all good. Wildlife was great. The hosts were lovely (thank you) Rooms were clean. I highly reccomend, it's a bit of a drive but for those who want to escape the city this place is perfect. Location was great as well as located close to many beaches and cave south of WA.

Lovely little corner of Eagle Bay

This little stop exceeded our expectations. Lovely, comfortable room and bed. There are small touches, like fresh fruit and chocolates on arrival, which certainly 😋 add to the charm. The communal kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the BBQ outside also. Everything was very clean and you can see they take pride in their property. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you Olida and Matt. 😊

A gem to stay at in Dumsborough.

Eagle House is tastefully designed,beds comfy,towels soft and fluffy.On arrival we received fruit and chocolates which was a very generous gesture.To have access to a kitchen was great as was the continental breakfast.Our hosts Olida and Matt went above and beyond to make our stay perfect,I highly recommend to all to enjoy a few days respite in this little gem.

Serenity with a most Sumptuous Sleep. Eagle Bay is a few minutes away, to entrance in its crystalline way!

Serenity with a most Sumptuous Sleep. You’d think you were sleeping on a cloud. Beautifully tiled and spacious walk-in Shower. And Olida & Matt, the Warmest Hosts, who await your arrival to ensure that you are cared for.

I felt that the towels may have benefited by a little more fabric softener and perhaps the Continental Breakfast may have included some items of Protein besides Vegimite 😬 But, have I been amazed by the taste of Nespresso! And it’s self-serve ANYTIME 👌🏻

Lovely B&B in the heart of Margaret River region

Oli made us feel very welcome and offered advice re' where to go, what to see, best beaches etc. The room has everything you need for a stay in the Margaret River region and the property is close to beaches, wineries, caves and restaurants. Because it's a bit outside Dunsborough you can see the stars so it's excellent for star gazing and if you're lucky friendly kangaroos will come say 'hi'.

Fabulous- we will definitely be back

the setting was beautiful- so peaceful set amongst the trees and a fabulous view of the ocean. Olida and Matt were so warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our chats. The rooms were immaculate and we really liked the kitchen arrangement. It was a great two day reset from work.

Beautiful weekend away

Great location, beautiful clean rooms and a very spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfy. Matt and Olida were perfect hosts super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend this beautiful B&B and we will be definitely back 😊

Beautiful little house amongst bushland in Eagle Bay

Very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely, accommodating owners. Beautiful, clean rooms.

I wish the kitchen had facilities for a cooked breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eagle Bay House and will definitely stay again.

The host was very communicative and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but very good, and the shared kitchen facilities were very clean and available at any time. There was great coffee and a very good selection of different yogurts. There was a variety if different breads for toast and a vast selection of things to have on toast! The area was peaceful and quiet with beautiful views. We loved sitting eating dinner surrounded by kangaroos. The room was very comfortable and had very good bathroom facilities. Everything we wanted to visit was close by. I enjoyed taking beautiful walks in the area

I’ll be back

Arriving at Eagle Bay House is like visiting friends. Olida and Matt greeted us by name and chatted like we were old friends. The rooms are great, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is available 24/7 with cereals, bread, spreads, yoghurt and milk. A coffee machine is also available. The tranquility of the area is fantastic as is the daily visit by a mob of kangaroos. I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is.

Fantastic - friendly and helpful hosts in a beautiful 'off the beaten' track location.

Ample continental breakfast with a variety of yogurts, breads, jams, cereals, etc. Flexible 'help yourself' timing for breakfast meant we could have a lie in one day and eat early another day! Comfortable bed. Great air-conditioning. Piping hot water. Decent, clean bathroom. You really need a car to access this B&B, which is in a quiet, rural neighbourhood.

From a female point of view the shower head was not flexible enough to move only came down on head which did not like and could do with a grip in there

perfect location & well set up for our needs.

pillows & mattresses are very personal things, they worked for me but Mr needed to make some accommodations for a better nights sleep. would be good to have some hooks on the back of doors to hang towels/bathers/coats to dry off.

very quiet and peaceful and the owners were so kind and extremely accommodating even supplying us with headache tablets when we needed them and on our arrival a beautiful basket of fruit and Lindt chocolates!

A beautiful relaxing stay

Everything was great - from the super easy check in and warm welcome from our host, to the facilities and comfort of the room. All facilities were very clean and our bed was so comfy! Good breakfast provided and loved sitting outside in the morning with the beautiful view and nature. Lots of kangaroos in the evening.
