La ubicación es excelente y el sector es muy tranquilo, lo que hizo que la estadía fuera bastante agradable. El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Luis y José, quienes fueron muy serviciales y atentos durante nuestra estancia.

El señor Javier y su hijo nos trataron muy bien, nos hicieron recomendaciones turísticas y de comida. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre estando pendientes de nosotros. Incluso, nos adelantaron el desayuno para poder tomarlo antes. La zona aunque esté a 15 min o así del centro andando, está súper bien y merece la pena pues puedes descansar tranquilamente y es un barrio súper seguro. Se agradece un montón que haya aire acondicionado.Si volviese a Cartagena, repetiría seguro.
La cama podría mejorar ya que se sienten los muelles y es ruidosa. Creo que es más un problema de la ciudad, pero el agua salía caliente. Y si vienes entre semana tiene un colegio al lado.

It was ideal for 2 nights before our flight. It was a walk from town which was fine during the day but I wouldn't recommend at night. Beds were comfortable. The son of the host who was often on reception was very helpful
Check in was difficult. Arrived late and there was no door bell or way to contact the host as door was pad locked. We didn't have data. Thankfully another guest arrived and let us in where we could sign onto the WiFi to let them know we had arrived. The shower water was cold. Breakfast was ok
