The most unfriendly and rude staff I’ve ever came across. The reviews are correct. We couldn’t believe how unfriendly the staff at this hotel are. There was one nice guy we seen once throughout the trip. The rest would barely look at you never mind speak of you said hello or tried to check in. When you ring the bell it’s like you’re in the wrong place and completely inconvenience their day.
Also the water was off all day and we weren’t notified before or given an accurate time it would be back on. We were told 5pm and by 9:30pm still no water.
Location is extremely loud at night but to be expected. Staff extremely loud on a morning blasting music from around 6:30am.
