Location its a good deal to stay in Cartagena, the room was exactly as we booked, the staff was so nice and welcoming .
A deposit is required, it’s almost USD$25, it would be returned after checkout

I love staying here—Getsemaní is one of the most vibrant and touristic areas in Cartagena! There’s always something to enjoy, no matter the day of the week.

Super clean, with a gorgeous rooftop! I paid extra for a delicious breakfast, totally worth it. Super convenient location, totally recommended!
It was a loud surrounding when I arrived (afternoon) but after 11pm or earlier those loud neighbors are required to turn off the music, so it was not a problem!

Great location and beautiful surroundings. Clean. Air conditioning was also good.
The premises were lower than our expectations, old rooms, with bare minimum space and just basic needs, hard mattress, bed sheet, one blanket 2 small pillows. No other commodities or supplies, only soap in bathroom, no shampoo. The bathroom did not have any option for hot water, only cold water faucet. Flat screen with no internet connection. Very difficult to access the rooms with suitcase, small stairs. No warm welcome from staff, not rude but barely interested on making us feel welcomed and offer additional assistance. Even though it is specified a deposit of 5,000 COP I was requested to leave 100,000 COP in cash.
